Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Revelation 5:5-10
5:5But one of the elders said to me, "Do not weep. Behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has prevailed to open the scroll and to loose its seven seals."
5:6 And I looked, and behold, in the midst of the throne and of the four living creatures, and in the midst of the elders, stood
a Lamb as though it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent out into all the earth.
5:7 Then He came and took the scroll out of the right hand of Him who sat on the throne.
5:8 Now when He had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each having a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.
5:9 And they sang a new song, saying: "You are worthy to take the scroll, And to open its seals;
For You were slain, And have redeemed us to God by Your bloodOut of every tribe and tongue and people and nation,
5:10 And have made us kings and priests to our God; And we shall reign on the earth."

John the apostle wept much in Patmos Island because the scroll was sealed. It means that there was no revelation of God's Word and the crying never stops until there is an everlasting perdition.
Where there is the revelation of the Word, there will be the opening of the ways or doors in the world and our tears are wiped away; even the door of the heavenly kingdom will be opened and there will be no tear anymore.

Who is worthy to reveal the Word of God?

  1. [verse 5] Jesus as the Lion of the tribe of Judah or the Root of David who has prevailed.

  2. [verse 9] Jesus as the Lamb who has been slain or Jesus who has died on the cross to redeem the sins of men and set us free from sins. Thus, the revelation of God's Word which is related to Jesus, the Lamb who has been slain means that the revelation of the Word encourages us to get the redemption or the deliverance from sins.

We are still learning the second point.
Why do we have to be redeemed from sin?
Isaiah 59:1-3
59:1 Behold, the LORD'S hand is not shortened, That it cannot save; Nor His ear heavy, That it cannot hear.
59:2 But your iniquities
have separated you from your God; And your sins have hidden His face from you, So that He will not hear.
59:3 For your hands are defiled with blood, And your fingers with iniquity; Your lips have spoken lies, Your tongue has muttered perversity.

We have to be redeemed from sin because the sinful are separated from God, so they are dry spiritually and there is no fervency in spirit to do spiritual things. Moreover, there is no fervency in spirit to worship God. If it continues, one will not willing to, even cannot serve, minister, and worship to God anymore. It means being separated from God and destroyed forever.

Nevertheless, we will have our relationship with God back if we are redeemed by the blood of Jesus. We get the fervency to serve, minister, and worship to God.

Revelation 5:7-8
5:7 Then He came and took the scroll out of the right hand of Him who sat on the throne.
5:8 Now when He had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each having a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.

Thus, the revelation of the Word which is related to Jesus, the Lamb who has been slain will encourage us to experience the redemption and deliverance from sin as well as to fall down worshiping God in the true worship. The true worship is the reflection of the one in the heavenly kingdom.

The worship on the throne of the heavenly kingdom is signified by two things as follows.

  1. A golden bowl full of incense.
  2. A harp.

We learn about the golden bowl full of incensetonight.
Exodus 30:34
30:34 And the LORD said to Moses: "Take sweet spices, stacte and onycha and galbanum, and pure frankincensewith these sweet spices; there shall be equal amounts of each.

Frankincense is one of the materials of the incense. There are four materials of incense as follows.

  1. Stacte or liquid myrrh.
It refers to the body of Jesus which is cut on the cross to produce the blood.

The signs of the stacte are as follows.

    • It is bitter, but fragrant with sharp smell.
    • It is expensive.

It means that the blood of Jesus becomes the sign of God's love to us through the sacrifice of Christ on the cross. If we willingly receive the blood of Jesus, we will be set free from sin. It is so bitter for our flesh, but there is a sweet-smelling aroma before God. On the contrary, keeping sins will cause the stench.
Whomever the blood of Jesus has saved will be encouraged to worship God to produce the sweet-smelling aroma before Him.

    1 Peter 1:18-19
1:18 knowing that you were not redeemed with corruptible things, like silver or gold, from your aimless conduct received by tradition from your fathers,
    1:19 but with
the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot.

The blood of Jesus is precious. It costs the salvation we have received.

    Matthew 16:26
16:26 "For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?

The price of the salvation or the blood of Jesus is more expensive than all treasures in the world. How unclean we are, we will be so precious before God if we are redeemed by the blood of Jesus or set free from sin and we live in righteousness. Afterwards, do not sin anymore, or else we are trading the stacte or the blood of Jesus.

    Genesis 37:25
37:25 And they sat down to eat a meal. Then they lifted their eyes and looked, and there was a company of Ishmaelites, coming from Gilead with their camels, bearing spices, balm, and myrrh, on their way to carry them down to Egypt.

The Ishmaelites refer to the sons of God who live according to the lust of the flesh and pursue the fleshly things, so they trade the salvation.
If the salvation is not welcomed with thanksgiving and worship, it will be traded until one loses it and perishes forever.

The worship prayer means that we appreciate the salvation, God's calling, and the true teaching Word, so we keep them until the end line, namely we die or Jesus comes a second time.

  2. Onycha or one of the kinds of shell.
It is ground or pressed to be powder, and then burnt to produce a sweet-smelling aroma. It refers to the process to destroy the flesh.

Thus, the worship refers to a struggling to fight against or destroy the flesh with all of its lusts, ambition, emotion, and so on, so we can produce the sweet-smelling aroma before God.

  3. Galbanum.
It is bitter, but fragrant and able to cure.
The true worship is indeed bitter for our flesh. It is a suffering for our flesh, but will make our soul fresh and our spirituality healthy.

  4. Pure frankincense.
The white color refers to righteousness and holiness. It means that we will be able to worship God for sure if we live in righteousness and holiness. The holier we are, the worship prayer is increased more until the Veil is torn or the flesh does not speak anymore.

    Psalm 96:9-10
96:9 Oh, worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness! Tremble before Him, all the earth.
96:10 Say among the nations, "The LORD reigns; The world also is firmly established, It shall not be moved; He shall judge the peoples righteously."

We can worship Jesus, the King of all kings or the heavenly Bridegroom.

    Revelation 19:6-7
19:6 And I heard, as it were, the voice of a great multitude, as the sound of many waters and as the sound of mighty thunderings, saying, "Alleluia! For the Lord God Omnipotent reigns!
19:7 "Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready."

It refers to the worship with saying "Alleluia". It happens on earth until we worship Jesus on the glorious clouds when He comes a second time.

    Revelation 19:1,3-4
19:1 After these things I heard a loud voice of a great multitude in heaven, saying, "Alleluia! Salvation and glory and honor and power belong to the Lord our God!
    19:3 Again they said, "
Alleluia! Her smoke rises up forever and ever!"
19:4 And the twenty-four elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshiped God who sat on the throne, saying, "Amen!
    Alleluia!"

Be careful! We will face the last days like what has happened Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego, namely we are forced to receive the false teachings and worship. Let us keep the true teaching Word and worship although we must face the den of lions and the fire which is heated seven times more than the usual because the Lord is with us. Receiving the false teachings, one seems to get all things, but actually God is not with him. He will be destroyed forever sooner.

Exodus 30:35
30:35 "You shall make of these an incense, a compound according to the art of the perfumer, salted, pure, and holy.

After all spices are mixed, they must be salted.

Mark 9:49-50
9:49 "For everyone will be seasoned with fire, and every sacrifice will be seasoned with salt.
9:50 "Salt is good, but if the salt loses its flavor, how will you season it? Have salt in yourselves, and have peace with one another."

The salt refers to the anointing of Holy Spirit, so we will always have peace with others by confessing and forgiving one another.

Hebrews 12:14
12:14 Pursue peace with all people, and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord:

If we worship God in holiness and peace, we will be able to see Jesus in His glory as the King of all kings and the Heavenly Bridegroom. The results are as follows.

  1. The renewal of life from fleshly men to spiritual ones like Jesus, namely we confess that we are only the clay in many weaknesses and mistakes, or we are powerless and nothing.
    Job 42:5-6
42:5 "I have heard of You by the hearing of the ear, But now my eye sees You.
    42:6 Therefore
I abhor myself, And repent in dust and ashes."

In such condition, Job could pull out his self-truth.

    Job 32:1-2
32:1So these three men ceased answering Job, because he was righteous in his own eyes.
32:2 Then the wrath of Elihu, the son of Barachel the Buzite, of the family of Ram, was aroused against Job; his wrath was aroused because he justified himself rather than God.

The self-truth refers to covering sins by blaming others, even God and the true teaching Word.

We get the renewal of our life, so we can pull out the self truth and revoke our false deeds and words. As a result, we get the truth of God. Keeping the false things, one will be weary and heavy-laden until destroyed forever.

  2. We get the satisfaction or joy of heaven, so we will not look for it in the world or fall in sin up to the peak.
    Psalm 17:15
17:15 As for me, I will see Your face in righteousness; I shall be satisfiedwhen I awake in Your likeness.

If we are satisfied spiritually, the Lord will be able to preserve us physically in the world until the time when the Antichrist reigns over the world.

  3. We become strong and of good courage.
    Psalm 16:8
16:8 I have set the LORD always before me; Because He is at my right hand I shall not be moved.

It means that we are not doubtful to the Lord. We keep on holding fast to and obeying the true teaching Word. We keep righteous and holy regardless any risk we have to take until the end line. We are not doubtful to the power of God. We keep on believing and hoping in God. We are not disappointed or hopeless. We do not leave God. We keep faithful and fervent in spirit serving and ministering to God until the end line.

    Joshua 1:6
1:6 "Be strong and of good courage, for to this people you shall divide as an inheritance the land which I swore to their fathers to give them.

Joshua was strong and of good courage, so he was used by God to lead the last revival to enter Canaan.

    1 Chronicles 28:20
28:20 And David said to his son Solomon, "Be strong and of good courage, and do it; do not fear nor be dismayed, for the LORD God--my God--will be with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you, until you have finished all the work for the service of the house of the LORD.

The revival of Holy Spirit at the latter rain is for the edifying of the perfect body of Christ. It starts from within the marriage, shepherding, inter-shepherding, up to the one perfect body of Christ between the house of Israel and Gentiles.

    Psalm 68:11
68:11 The Lord gave the word; Great was the company of those who proclaimed it:

One who is used by God in the edifying of the body of Christ becomes the great army.

    Ezekiel 37:10,2
37:10 So I prophesied as He commanded me, and breath came into them, and they lived, and stood upon their feet, an exceedingly great army.
37:2 Then He caused me to pass by them all around, and behold, there were very many in the open valley; and indeed they were very dry.

Not being used as the great army, one will be the dry bone, namely he is weary and heavy-laden.

If we are strong and of good-courage, we will be accompanied by God. He pays attention to, cares, and struggles for us to make all things successful and beautiful. All impossible problems are solved by God until the last miracle happens, namely we become His perfect bride.

God blesses you.
