Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Revelation 4:1
4:1 After these things I looked, and behold, a door standing open in heaven. And the first voice which I heard was like a trumpet speaking with me, saying, "Come up here, and I will show you things which must take place after this."

John the apostle saw a door standing open in heaven through a vision in Patmos Island.

Genesis 28:10-12, 16-17

28:10 Now Jacob went out from Beersheba and went toward Haran.
28:11 So he came to a certain place and stayed there all night, because the sun had set. And he took one of the stones of that place and put it at his head, and he lay down in that place to sleep.
28:12 Then he dreamed, and behold, a ladder was set up on the earth, and its top reached to heaven; and there the angels of God were ascending and descending on it.
28:16 Then Jacob awoke from his sleep and said, "Surely the LORD is in this place, and I did not know it."
28:17 And he was afraid and said, "How awesome is this place! This is none other than
the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven!"

Jacob also saw the gate of heaven through his dream.

The gate of heaven is the same as the spiritual house or the body of Christ.
Thus, the gate of heaven is the same as the building of Christ's body. The gate of heaven is still open as long as there is the building of Christ's body.
We must actively minister to God in the building of Christ's body to enter the gate of heaven.

The history of the building of the house of God or the body of Christ is as follows.

  1. Jacob built the house of God from a stone which had been poured with oil.
    Genesis 28:18-19
28:18 Then Jacob rose early in the morning, and took the stonethat he had put at his head, set it up as a pillar, and poured oil on top of it.
28:19 And he called the name of that place Bethel; but the name of that city had been Luz previously.

It means that the building of Christ's body is still a dream or prophecy.

  2. God commanded Moses to build the sanctuary or tabernacle.
    Exodus 25:8
25:8 "And let them make Me a sanctuary, that I may dwell among them.

It means that the building of Christ's body is clearer, but still a shadow of the real one.

  3. Jesus preached the building of Christ's body.
    John 1:48-51
1:48 Nathanael said to Him, "How do You know me?" Jesus answered and said to him, "Before Philip called you, when you were under the fig tree, I saw you."
1:49 Nathanael answered and said to Him, "Rabbi, You are the Son of God! You are the King of Israel!"
1:50 Jesus answered and said to him, "Because I said to you, 'I saw you under the fig tree,' do you believe? You will see greater things than these."
1:51 And He said to him, "Most assuredly, I say to you,
hereafter you shall see heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and descending upon the Son of Man."

    John 2:19-21

2:19 Jesus answered and said to them, "Destroy this temple, and in three daysI will raise it up."
2:20 Then the Jews said, "It has taken
forty-six yearsto build this temple, and will You raise it up in three days?"
2:21 But He was speaking of the temple of His body.

It means that the building of Christ's body has been a reality.

    Ephesians 2:19-22

2:19 Now, therefore, you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God,
2:20 having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief cornerstone,
2:21 in whom the whole building, being joined together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord,
2:22 in whom you also are being built together for a dwelling place of God in the Spirit.

The fact found in the building of Christ's body is the fellowship or not being strangers and foreigners anymore. It begins from the marriage, shepherding, inter-shepherding, up to the one perfect body of Israel and Gentiles or the bride of heaven.
The requirements of being one or not being strangers are as follows.

    • Having one Head, namely Jesus or the true teaching Word.
      John 1:1, 14
1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
1:14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.

    • Not hearing the strange voice or false teachings, gossips, and so on.
One will be isolated from the body of Christ if he hears the strange voice.

    • Not having leprosy.
A leper had to be isolated from the tents of the house of Israel. The leprosy refers to the self-truth.

The process of the building of Christ's body is as follows.

  1. The building of the foundation.
    Ephesians 2:20
2:20having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief cornerstone.

There are two kinds of foundation as follows.

    • Jesus Christ as the chief cornerstone or the sacrifice of Christ on the cross.
      1 Peter 2:7
2:7 Therefore, to you who believe, He is precious; but to those who are disobedient, "The stone which the builders rejected Has become the chief cornerstone,"

      John 2:19-21
2:19 Jesus answered and said to them, "Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up."
2:20 Then the Jews said, "It has taken forty-six years to build this temple, and will You raise it up in three days?"
2:21 But He was speaking of the temple of His body.

There is a transition from the physical temple to the spiritual one or the body of Christ through the sacrifice of Christ. The physical temple is built for forty six years. It refers to the Law system which is only for the house of Israel, not for the Gentiles. The spiritual temple is based on the mercy system, so the Gentiles can enter it.

      Ephesians 2:13-16
2:13 But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ.
2:14 For He Himself is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation,
2:15 having abolished in His flesh the enmity, that is, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, so as to create in Himself one new man from the two, thus making peace,
2:16 and that He might reconcile them both to God in one body through the cross, thereby putting to death the enmity.

The Gentiles and Israelites can be in one body through the sacrifice of Christ.

The facts found in having the foundation of the sacrifice of Christ or the peace offering are as follows.

      1. Making peace through confessing and forgiving sins one another. We can live in righteousness.
      2. We willingly sacrifice. We must willingly sacrifice all things for the building of Christ's body, except the true teaching Word.

      Genesis 28:5
28:5 So Isaac sent Jacob away, and he went to Padan Aram, to Laban the son of Bethuel the Syrian, the brother of Rebekah, the mother of Jacob and Esau.

For example, Jacob had to leave the house of his parents to be able to build the house of God. It means that we must love God more than anything, namely husband, wife, children, and parents. We do not want to be hindered. Nothing may hinder us and we do not hinder others.

      Exodus 25:2
25:2 "Speak to the children of Israel, that they bring Me an offering. From everyone who gives it willingly with his heartyou shall take My offering.

There must be the offering according to the encouragement of the Word to build tabernacle in the days of Moses.
We must act fast as long as there is the encouragement of the Word or the stirring up of God in our heart. If we postpone or reject, someday there will be no opportunity anymore to sacrifice.

      Exodus 36:6

36:6 So Moses gave a commandment, and they caused it to be proclaimed throughout the camp, saying, "Let neither man nor woman do any more work for the offering of the sanctuary." And the people were restrained from bringing,
In the last days, Nathanael must go out of being under the fig tree so that he may see the open heaven.

      John 1:50-51

1:50 Jesus answered and said to him, "Because I said to you, 'I saw you under the fig tree,' do you believe? You will see greater things than these."
1:51 And He said to him, "Most assuredly, I say to you, hereafter you shall see heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and descending upon the Son of Man."

We must go out of being under the fig tree to see the open heaven. It means that we must sacrifice our self-interest to enter the building of Christ's body. We are able to be obedient.

    • The Bible or the true teaching Word.
      Ephesians 2:20
2:20 having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief cornerstone,

The prophets refer to the Old Testament and the apostles refer to the New Testament.
The fact found in it is holding fast the true teaching Word and obey it.

Thus, the foundation of the building of Christ's body is living in righteousness, sacrificing willingly, and holding fast to and obeying the true teaching Word or we become the righteous.

    Proverbs 12:3

12:3A man is not established by wickedness, But the root of the righteous cannot be moved.

The righteous will endure or not be moved.

    Genesis 28:20-22

28:20 Then Jacob made a vow, saying, "If God will be with me, and keep me in this way that I am going, and give me bread to eat and clothing to put on,
28:21 "so that I come back to my father's house in peace, then the LORD shall be my God.
28:22 "And this stone which I have set as a pillar shall be God's house, and of all that You give me I will surely give a tenth to You."

As a result, we are saved and blessed by God. There will be the tithes as the confession that we have been blessed by God.

  2. The building upon the foundation, namely the pillars and wall.

    • The building of seven pillars as follows.
      Proverbs 9:1
      9:1 Wisdom has built her house, She has hewn out her seven pillars;

      James 3:17

3:17But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy.

      1. Pure or there is no leaven, namely the sins, gossip, or false teachings, so we can be holy in our heart.
      2. Peaceable.
      3. Gentle.
      4. Willing to yield or being obedient.
      5. Full of mercy and good fruits.
      6. Without partiality. We are only on the side of the Lord or the true teaching Word.
      7. Without hypocrisy.

      Ephesians 4:11-12
4:11 And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers,
4:12 for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ,

As a result, the ministry and the gifts of Holy Spirit are trusted to us. We are used in the ministry for building the body of Christ.

    • The building of the wall.
      Proverbs 24:30-31
      24:30 I went by the field of the lazy man, And by the vineyard of the man devoid of understanding;
24:31 And there it was, all overgrown with thorns; Its surface was covered with nettles; Its stone wall was broken down.

The building of the strong wall is the same as faithfulness and obediencein the service and ministry to God according to the priest's office God has trusted until the end.
One who is not faithful and obedient is the same as the fallen wall. He is in the atmosphere of curse.

      Zechariah 2:5

2:5 'For I,' says the LORD, 'will be a wall of fire all around her, and I will be the glory in her midst.'"

If we are faithful and obedient in the service and ministry, God will protect us from the fiery dart of the evil, namely the temptations, impossible problems that makes us disappointed or hopeless, sins up to the peak, and false teachings that cause a doubt, as well as the judgment of God. We feel secured and peaceful. All things become easy and light.

      Exodus 40:33-34

40:33 And he raised up the court all around the tabernacle and the altar, and hung up the screen of the court gate. So Moses finished the work.
40:34 Then the cloud covered the tabernacle of meeting, and the glory of the LORD filled the tabernacle.

There is the cloud of God's glory or shekinah glory. All sins are forgiven. All problems are solved. The tears are wiped away and we rejoice.

  3. The finishing, namely the building of the battlement of silver.
    Song of Solomon 8:9
8:9If she is a wall, We will build upon her A battlement of silver; And if she is a door, We will enclose her With boards of cedar.

The silver refers to the redemption which is done by the blood of Jesus.

    1 Peter 1:18-19

1:18 knowing that you were not redeemed with corruptible things, like silver or gold, from your aimless conduct received by tradition from your fathers,
1:19 but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot.

We are redeemed from the sin we inherit or the one of the tradition which is not in line with the Word, as well as our own sin.

    Proverbs 10:20

10:20 The tongue of the righteous is choice silver; The heart of the wicked is worth little.

The battlement of silver is the same as the honest or righteous tongue. We must be honest about the teachings, marriage, money, and all things.
Be careful of the leak of the roof or the mouth in lie, gossip, and so on.

    Proverbs 15:8

15:8 The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to the LORD, But the prayer of the upright is His delight.

Being honest means that we become the house of prayer. Our prayer is answered by God and the miracle happens. The spiritual miracle refers to the life renewal.

    Proverbs 14:2

14:2 He who walks in his uprightness fears the LORD, But he who is perverse in his ways despises Him.

The physical miracle also happens and the impossible can be made possible.

    James 3:2

3:2For we all stumble in many things. If anyone does not stumble in word, he is a perfect man, able also to bridle the whole body.

It continues until the second coming of Jesus that we are changed to be perfect and ready to be lifted up on the glorious clouds.

    Revelation 19:6-7

19:6 And I heard, as it were, the voice of a great multitude, as the sound of many waters and as the sound of mighty thunderings, saying, "Alleluia! For the Lord God Omnipotent reigns!
19:7 "Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready."

God blesses you.
