The process of overlaying is through worship prayer.
The worship prayer is ripping or crucifying the flesh and its lust, desire, emotion, ambition, thus the flesh is overlaid by Holy Spirit.
Why do we need fasting prayer or long night prayer?
Fasting prayer is to hasten the process of overlying the flesh with Holy Spirit, because we are running in the short time for Jesus’ second coming. If Jesus comes a second, the flesh must be overlaid by Holy Spirit already, so we will appear as the perfect church or the Bride of Heaven.
The function of Holy Spirit to overlay the flesh is as follows:

Exodus 25:17-18
25:17 “You shall make a mercy seat of pure gold; two and a half cubitsshall beits length and a cubit and a half its width.
25:18 And you shall make two cherubim of gold; of hammered work you shall make them at the two ends of the mercy seat.
The mercy seat refers to the Son of God or Jesus; the first cherub refers to God the Father or Lord; the second cherub refers to God the Holy Spirit or Christ.
Thus, the mercy seat refers to Lord Jesus Christ in the glory of the Bridegroom of Heaven. - The Ark of Covenant is made of acacia wood that is overlaid inside and outside by pure gold.
Exodus 25:10-11
25:10 “And they shall make an ark of acacia wood; two and a half cubitsshall beits length, a cubit and a half its width, and a cubit and a half its height.
25:11 And you shall overlay it with pure gold, inside and out you shall overlay it, and shall make on it a molding of gold all around.
It refers to the perfect Church of God as the Bride of Heaven.The acacia wood is the carnal men who are sinful. It must be overlaid by Holy Spirit so they become perfect as Jesus is or the Bride of Heaven.

Romans 8:13
8:13 For if you live according to the flesh you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live.
Galatians 5:19-21
5:19 Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery,fornication, uncleanness, lewdness,
5:20 idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies,
5:21 envy, murders,drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also toldyouin time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.
The deeds of the flesh result in perdition and one cannot enter the Kingdom of Heaven. The power of Holy Spirit puts to death the deeds of flesh, so we can live in spiritual life or righteousness to eternal life. Holy Spirit is able to give the live in spiritual life, then He will also be able to give physical life in the midst of difficult and troubling world. - Holy Spirit sanctifies the Gentiles to be able to present the offering that is fragrance in front of God.
Romans 15:16
15:16 that I might be a minister of Jesus Christ to the Gentiles, ministering the gospel of God, that the offering of the Gentiles might be acceptable, sanctified by the Holy Spirit.
The Gentiles are dogs and sows which cannot be offered to God. Dog refers to the tongue that licks vomit. It means word of lying, slander, and uncleanness. Sow returns to her wallowing in the mire refers to uncleanness sin.
Holy Spirit overlays the flesh means purifying the Gentiles from the wickedness and uncleanness of word and deed, thus we can present the fragrant offering to God.
Hebrews 13:15-16
13:15 Therefore by Him let us continually offer the sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit ofourlips, giving thanks to His name.
13:16 But do not forget to do good and to share, for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.
We can say good and right word. We can testify the Word of God that has worked in our life. We can also help others who are in need.
The good and right saying will be the fragrant offering in front of God.
Genesis 8:20-22
8:20 Then Noah built an altar to theLord, and took of every clean animal and of every clean bird, and offered burnt offerings on the altar.
8:21 And theLordsmelled a soothing aroma. Then the Lordsaid in His heart, “I will never again curse the ground for man’s sake, although the imagination of man’s heartisevil from his youth; nor will I again destroy every living thing as I have done.
8:22 “While the earth remains, seedtime and harvest,cold and heat,winter and summer,and day and nightshall not cease.”
The result is as follows:- God pulls out the entire curse, labor, and heavy burden. We are joyful in Lord. God also pulls out the punishment.
- We are protected from the punishment of God in the world and hell.
- God cares and blesses our life continuously until the eternal life.

- Holy Spirit renews us from the carnal men to the spiritual ones like Jesus.
Titus 3:5
3:5 not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit,
It starts from obedience until the flesh does not sound anymore. Abraham obeys the Word and presents Isaac. Sarah obeys her husband while she is being presented to another man, then God defends her.
John 10:27-28
10:27 My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.
10:28 And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand.
Being obedient until the flesh does not sound anymore means to return to God’s hand. We are living in the hand of Chief Shepherd.
The result is as follows:- The hand of Chief Shepherd certainly gives life for now, beautiful and successful future, until the eternal life.
- The hand of Chief Shepherd gives victory over our enemy and problem even the impossible one.
- The hand of Chief Shepherd comforts and strengthens us, so we are never disappointed and desperate but faithful and fervent in ministry until the end line.
- The hand of Chief Shepherd renews us continuously until we are as glorious as He is in His second coming. We will be united with Him forever. The spiritual miracle happens and then the physical one will happen certainly.
- The hand of Chief Shepherd certainly gives life for now, beautiful and successful future, until the eternal life.
God blesses us.
