Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Revelation 3:18-19
3:18 "I counsel you to buy from Me gold refined in the fire, that you may be rich; and white garments, that you may be clothed, that the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed; and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see.
3:19 "As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Therefore be zealous and repent.

God rebukes, advises, and chastens the church of the Laodiceans or the one on the last days to buy the heavenly treasure so that they can be rich, not be lukewarm spiritually, so God does not vomit them. We can please Him. As a result, God will also please our life and give us heavenly joy up to the eternal life. There are three kinds of the heavenly treasure, namely the gold refined in fire or faith, white garments or ministry, and the eye salve or the anointing of Holy Spirit.

Matthew 6:19-20
6:19 "Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal;
6:20 "but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal.

There are three enemies attacking the heavenly treasures as follows.
  1. Moth destroying the white garments. It refers to the laziness and wickedness.
  2. Rust destroying the metal.
  3. Thieves who steal the anointing oil.
We still learn the second.
Exodus 25:3
25:3 "And this is the offering which you shall take from them: gold, silver, and bronze;
The metals for building the physical tabernacle are bronze, gold, and silver. Now we must have the spiritual metal or heavenly treasure for building the spiritual temple or the body of Christ.

The spiritual meanings of the gold and silver are as follows.

  1. The redemption done by the blood of Jesus.
    1 Peter 1:18-19
1:18 knowing that you were not redeemed with corruptible things, like silver or gold, from your aimless conduct received by tradition from your fathers,
    1:19 but with
the precious blood of Christ, as of a lambwithout blemish and without spot.

There are three terms of the blood of Jesus as follows.

    1. The precious blood of Christ.
How great a man in the world is, he is not precious, but cheap or despicable before God when he is sinful. He becomes precious and expensive before God after being redeemed by the blood of Jesus.
The blood of Jesus redeems us from the heritage sin by the tradition from our fathers or the beginning of the sin of Adam and Eve, namely disobedience.

      Genesis 3:1-3
3:1 Now the serpent was more cunning than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said to the woman, "Has God indeed said, 'You shall not eat of every tree of the garden'?"
      3:2 And the woman said to the serpent, "We may eat the fruit of the trees of the garden;
3:3 "but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God has said, 'You shall not eat it, nor shall you touch it, lest you die.' "

The process of the disobedience sin is as follows.

      • Hearing strange voice of the serpent or false teachings and gossip until there is a doubt against the true teaching Word. There are many questions, so there are many problems and tears.

      •  Adding and taking away the Word.
      • Transgressing the Word or disobeying it.

      Genesis 3:6-7
3:6 So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree desirable to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate. She also gave to her husband with her, and he ate. 3:7 Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together and made themselves coverings.

Consequently, one gets naked, falls, and rises in sins. He also tries to cover the sin with the self-truth, namely blaming others and God. The sins peak to the ones concerning eating-drinking and marrying-being given in marriage. The life is in curse up to perdition.

We must believe in Jesus to confess our sins to God and others, so we can be set free from the heritage sins. The blood of Jesus forgives us our sins. We are redeemed by the precious blood of Jesus. We repent or stop sinning to return to God and then we are baptized of water with Jesus to be raised in the new life, namely the heavenly one or the life in righteousness. We become precious or expensive life before God or we are not corrosive.

    2. As of a lamb.
      1 Peter 1:19
1:19 but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lambwithout blemish and without spot.

We are redeemed by the blood of the lamb so that we become the shepherded sheep and do not return to the old life. We do not fall and rise in sins. We are not deceived. We can get the spiritual growth in the shepherding.

    3. Without blemish and without spot.
We are redeemed by the blood of Jesus until we become without blemish and without spot. It means that we cannot sin nor be deceived. We live in righteousness just as Jesus is righteous.

      1 John 3:7

3:7 Little children, let no one deceive you. He who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous.

      Proverbs 11:4

11:4 Riches do not profit in the day of wrath, But righteousness delivers from death.

As a result, we get the covering of protection and preservation of God. We are preserved from now on in the world until the days when the antichrist reigns over the world. We will get the eternal life. We are protected from the judgment of God to the world or the doomsday and the one in the hell.

  2. The sanctification done by the true teaching Word.
    2 Timothy 2:20-26
2:20 But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and silver, but also of wood and clay, some for honor and some for dishonor.
2:21 Therefore if anyone cleanses himself from the latter, he will be a vessel for honor, sanctified and useful for the Master, prepared for every good work.
2:22 Flee also youthful lusts; but pursue righteousness, faith, love, peace with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart.
2:23 But avoid foolish and ignorant disputes, knowing that they generate strife.
2:24 And a servant of the Lord must not quarrel but be
gentle to all, able to teach, patient,
2:25 in humility correcting those who are in opposition, if God perhaps will grant them repentance, so that they may know the truth,
2:26 and that they may come to their senses and escape the snare of the devil, having been taken captive by him to do his will.

The youthful lusts must be sanctified by the sword of God's Word as follows.

    1. Quarrel or self truth, namely covering the sin by blaming other people, even God and the true teaching Word. The quarrel happens because of envy and so on.
We are sanctified to become gentle and patient to lead others to the truth and serve others who do not want to receive our service.
We are also able to teach, namely we can receive the rebuke and advice so we can also rebuke and advise others to become the example for them.

    2. The sanctification from the young lion or the fleshly desires which aim at the uncleanness sins, namely the ones concerning eating-drinking and marrying-being given in marriage. Such sins are the strong grip or bond of Satan which can be broken only by the sword of the Word. Be careful! Do not be playful with sins!

      2 Timothy 2:22
2:22 Flee also youthful lusts; but pursue righteousness, faith, love, peacewith those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart.

We are sanctified, so we can live in the truth or righteousness, faithfulness, love, and peace.

    3. The sin of evil.
      1 Timothy 6:9-10
6:9 But those who desire to be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and harmful lusts which drown men in destruction and perdition.
      6:10 For
the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil, for which some have strayed from the faith in their greediness, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

The root of evil is the love of money, namely loving money more than God. It causes stinginess and greediness. In such condition, the gold and silver are corrosive.

      James 5:1-4

5:1 Come now, you rich, weep and howl for your miseries that are coming upon you!
5:2 Your riches are corrupted, and your garments are moth-eaten.
      5:3
Your gold and silver are corroded, and their corrosion will be a witness against you and will eat your flesh like fire. You have heaped up treasure in the last days.
5:4 Indeed the wages of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you kept back by fraud, cry out; and the cries of the reapers have reached the ears of the Lord of Sabaoth.

The stinginessmeans that one cannot give to the work of God and other people who are in need.
The greedinessmeans that one robs the possessions of God or the tithes and offerings and the ones of others through not paying the debt, doing corruption, and so on.
We are sanctified from the love of money, so we can love giving. It means that we have the spiritual gold and silver.

      2 Corinthians 9:7-8
9:7 So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver.
9:8 And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work.

The requirements of giving which can please God are as follows.

      • In truth.
      • With the willing heart, not grudgingly or of necessity.
      • With joy.

As a result, God will give us the grace abundantly as follows.

      • Preserving our life abundantly until we always give thanks.
      • We have abundance for every good work. We can always do good things, even repay good for evil.

If we are sanctified from quarrel, uncleanness, and evil, we can be used in the revival for building the body of Christ. It begins from the marriage, shepherding, and inter-shepherding fellowship service until someday we receive the garments of the bride or the clean and bright fine linen.

    Revelation 19:8
19:8 And to her it was granted to be arrayed in fine linen, clean and bright, for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints.

  3. Godly characteristics.
    Proverbs 10:20
10:20 The tongue of the righteous is choice silver; The heart of the wicked is worth little.

The silver means honestyor saying "yes" if yes and "no" if no.
The gold means the obedienceuntil the flesh does not speak anymore.

    The results are as follows.

    1. We are changed to be the same image as the Trinity of God.
      John 14:15-17
14:15 "If you love Me, keep My commandments.
14:16 "And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever--
      14:17 "
the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you.

We have the image of Holy Spirit God, the Son, and Father.

      John 14:21, 23

14:21 "He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and Iwill love him and manifest Myself to him."
14:23 Jesus answered and said to him, "If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him.

    2. We get the power of resurrection in the name of Jesus.
      Acts 3:5-8
3:5 So he gave them his attention, expecting to receive something from them.
3:6 Then Peter said, "Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk."
3:7 And he took him by the right hand and lifted him up, and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength.
3:8 So he, leaping up, stood and walked and entered the temple with them--walking, leaping, and praising God.

This is the power to perform the miracles as follows.

      • The power of healingor the one to remove all impossibilities. God is able to solve all problems.
      • The power of lifting up. All things can be successful and beautiful in time of need. There is restoration from the destruction of marriage and children.
      • The power of renewal.
        Proverbs 23:16
23:16 Yes, my inmost being will rejoice When your lips speak right things.

The heart, mind, and the inmost feelings or kidney can delight in the service and ministry to God like God who always delights in us although we still have many weaknesses.

        Isaiah 5:7

5:7 For the vineyard of the LORD of hosts is the house of Israel, And the men of Judah are His pleasant plant. He looked for justice, but behold, oppression; For righteousness, but behold, a cry for help.

        John 19:28-30

19:28 After this, Jesus, knowing that all things were now accomplished, that the Scripture might be fulfilled, said, "I thirst!"
19:29 Now a vessel full of sour wine was sitting there; and they filled a sponge with sour wine, put it on hyssop, and put it to His mouth.
19:30 So when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, "It is finished!" And bowing His head, He gave up His spirit.

It is because Jesus willingly bears all of our weaknesses on the cross.

        Psalm 119:16-18

119:16 I will delight myself in Your statutes; I will not forget Your word.
119:17 GIMEL. Deal bountifully with Your servant, That I may live and keep Your word.
119:18 Open my eyes, that I may see Wondrous things from Your law.

We delight in the Word and worship to God.

        Acts 3:1

3:1 Now Peter and John went up together to the temple at the hour of prayer, the ninth hour.

He will stretch out His hands to perform the miracles for us until His name is attached on us when Jesus comes a second time. We become His perfect bride. We are with Him forever.
God blesses us.
