Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Revelation 13:7
13:7. It was granted to him
to make war with the saints and to overcome them. And authority was given him over every tribe, tongue, and nation.

Verse 5-8 refers to the condition of the Antichrist.
Verse 7 refers to Satan that gives his power to the Antichrist, so he has the power in deeds to make war with the saints and to overcome them.
It means as follows:
We must be watchful because the saints are still able to be defeated.

The servant of God who is defeated by the Antichrist is one who is like the five foolish girls. A girl is the image of holiness, but becoming foolish because of not having the reserve of oil, so her candlestick goes out.

The facts found in the foolish servant of God are as follows:
  1. Hearing the true teaching Word but not obeying it.
    Matthew 7:26-27
7:26. "But everyone who hears these sayings of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish manwho built his house on the sand:
7:27. "and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it fell. And great was its fall."

Jesus' sayings are the revelation of the Word, namely a verse that explains another verse in the Bible or the true teaching Word.

Disobedience means building the house on the sand, so it cannot endure against the attack of the trinity of Satan as follows:

    • The rain. It refers to Satan with unclean spirits as the trigger of sins up to the peak, so the church of God still sins up to the peak, namely the sins of eating-drinking and marrying-giving in marriage.
For example, Hophni and Phinehas were the servants of God but they did the sin with the fellow servant of God. Be careful!

    • The winds. It refers to the false prophet with the lying spirit, so one insults and rejects the true teaching Word, and turns to the false one.
If the teaching is not true, one will surely lie.

    • The floods. It refers to the Antichrist with the spirit of selling-buying that makes the love of money. It is the same as worshipping the Antichrist or money, not God.

The consequence is falling or falling from faith.

    Romans 14:23

14:23. But he who doubts is condemned if he eats, because he does not eat from faith; for whatever is not from faith is sin.

Being without faith is the same as sinning or having no redemption. It means being without the moon, so one lives in the darkness.

  2. The lamp is going out until it goes out because of not having the reserve of oil.
    Matthew 25:8
25:8. "And the foolishsaid to the wise, 'Give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going out.'

It means that one is unfaithful up to leaving the ministry to God. It means not having Holy Spirit.

    Romans 12:11
    12:11. not lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord;

Being without Holy Spirit is the same as being without hope or without the star, so one lives in the darkness.

    Romans 1:27

1:27. Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due.

If one is not fervent in spirit, he will be burned in sins up to the peak, including sexual deviation, namely homosexuality and lesbianism. His life keeps on being in the darkness.

  3. Ill will, envy up to hatred without a cause because of other's deed or mockery.
    Proverbs 12:16
12:16. A fool's wrath is known at once, But a prudent man covers shame.

If it continues, one will have no love or the sun.
Consequently, all things become in vain, not eternal, up to perdition forever.
So, the foolish servant of God is the one without sun, moon, and star, namely without love, hope, and faith.
The consequences are as follows:
  1. No small tempest beat on him. It refers to the problems that make us disappointed and desperate until we give up.
    Acts 27:18-20
27:18. And because we were exceedingly tempest-tossed, the next day they lightened the ship.
27:19. On the third day we threw the ship's tackle overboard with our own hands.
    27:20. Now when
neither sun nor stars appearedfor many days, and no small tempest beat on us, all hope that we would be saved was finally given up.

All things we have in the world become in vain.

  2. One cannot be the light of the world or perfect church, so he does not have the two wings of a great eagle. He cannot be evacuated to the wilderness.
    Revelation 12:1,14
12:1. Now a great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moonunder her feet, and on her head a garland of twelve stars.
12:14. But the woman was given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness to her place, where she is nourished for a time and times and half a time, from the presence of the serpent.

If we become the light of the world, we will be evacuated to the wilderness by the two wings of a great eagle.

If we are not evacuated to the wilderness, we will face the Antichrist who reigns over the world for three and a half years.
The example of foolish servant of God is King Saul.
1 Samuel 13:13
13:13. And Samuel said to Saul, "You have done foolishly. You have not kept the commandment of the LORDyour God, which He commanded you. For now the LORD would have established your kingdom over Israel forever.

The facts found in it are as follows:
  1. Not keeping the commandment of the LORD or the true teaching Word.
Saul became disobedient because he was deeply distressed. Samuel who would have offered a burnt offering had told him to wait for seven days. But up to seven days Samuel had not come yet, so Saul offered a burnt offering.

Saul became disobedient in the ministry because of his carnal mind or logic, so he rejected the true teaching Word.
It is the same as being without faith or the moon.

    1 Samuel 13:12
13:12. "then I said, 'The Philistines will now come down on me at Gilgal, and I have not made supplication to the LORD.' Therefore I felt compelled, and offered a burnt offering."

Saul was foolish and reckless because he sacrificed the moon or redemption.

  2. Being unfaithful up to leaving the ministry to God.
    1 Samuel 28:6-7
28:6. And when Saul inquired of the LORD, the LORD did not answer him, either by dreams or by Urim or by the prophets.
28:7. Then Saul said to his servants, "Find me a woman who is
a medium, that I may go to her and inquire of her." And his servants said to him, "In fact, there is a woman who is a medium at En Dor."

    1 Chronicles 10:13
10:13. So Saul died for his unfaithfulnesswhich he had committed against the LORD, because he did not keep the word of the LORD, and also because he consulted a medium for guidance.

It is the same as being without Holy Spirit or the star.

  3. Envy and hatred without a cause until Saul wanted to kill David although David had helped him.
    1 Samuel 18:7-11
18:7. So the women sang as they danced, and said: "Saul has slain his thousands, And David his ten thousands."
    18:8. Then
Saul was very angry, and the saying displeased him; and he said, "They have ascribed to David ten thousands, and to me they have ascribed only thousands. Now what more can he have but the kingdom?"
    18:9. So
Saul eyed Davidfrom that day forward.
18:10. And it happened on the next day that the distressing spirit from God came upon Saul, and he prophesied inside the house. So David played music with his hand, as at other times; but there was a spear in Saul's hand.
18:11. And Saul cast the spear, for he said, "I
will pin David to the wall!" But David escaped his presence twice.

It means that Saul was without love or the sun.
Consequently, Saul kept fighting, namely the unfinished problems until he was defeated.

1 Samuel 31:9

31:9. And they cut off his headand stripped off his armor, and sent word throughout the land of the Philistines, to proclaim it in the temple of their idols and among the people.

Now, it is the image of the church of God who does not want to worship the Antichrist when he reigns over the world.
If one keeps worshipping God, he will be persecuted up to being beheaded to buy oil or light with his own blood. But he will be risen in the body of glory when Jesus comes a second time. But just few people can endure.

The most possibility is losing the heavenly kingdom like Saul who lost his kingdom.
If one cannot endure against the persecution of the Antichrist, he will worship the Antichrist and deny Jesus. He can live, but he will be destroyed with the Antichrist when Jesus comes a second time.

Be careful! Do not be the prey of the Antichrist! Do not be the same as the Antichrist!

That is why we must make effort earnestly to become the wise servant of God.
The example is King David.

Psalm 78:70-72
78:70. He also chose DavidHis servant, And took him from the sheepfolds;
78:71. From following the ewes that had young He brought him, To shepherd Jacob His people, And Israel His inheritance.
78:72. So he
shepherdedthem according to the integrity of his heart, And guided them by the skillfulness of his hands.

We can be wise by being shepherded well and correctly as follows:
  1. Being shepherded to the true teaching Word, God Himself, or the true vine.
The duty of the shepherd is preaching the true teaching Word to the congregation faithfully, regularly, continually, and repetitively to become the true food for them.

If it is not repeated, it will become the strange voice or food that puts our spirituality to the death.

Do not be bored to the true teaching Word! Being bored is the sign of spiritual death up to perdition.

  2. We are in the sheepfold.
Physically, it refers to the church with its own organization.
Spiritually, it refers to Holy Place.

    Acts 2:41-42
2:41. Then those who gladly received his word were baptized; and that day about three thousand souls were added to them.
2:42. And they continued steadfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers.

There were three tools in the Holy Place. Now, it refers to the perseverance of committing the three kinds of main service to God as follows:

    • The Golden Candlestick refers to the perseverance in committing the General Service. We have fellowship with Holy Spirit God in His anointing and gifts.
If we persevere, the gift and anointing of Holy Spirit will increase up to being permanent, namely a garland of twelve stars (the light of the star).

    • The Table of Showbread refers to the perseverance in committing the Bible Study Service with Holy Communion. We have fellowship with the Son of God in the teaching Word and the sacrifice of Christ.
If we persevere, the purification and redemption will increase up to being permanent, namely the moon under feet (the light of the moon).

    • The Golden Altar of Incense refers to the perseverance in committing the Prayer Service. We have fellowship with Father God in His love.
If we persevere, the love of God will increase up to perfection (the light of the sun).

If we are shepherded, we will receive the light of the sun, moon, and star. It means that we become the wise servant of God.

    Psalm 23:1,6

23:1. <<A Psalm of David.>> The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.
    23:6. Surely
goodness and mercyshall follow me All the days of my life; And I will dwell in the house of the LORD Forever.

This is the key of David, namely God's goodness and mercy or the two wings of a great eagle.
The facts of being shepherded well and correctly or living in God's goodness and mercy are as follows:
  1. Being obedient. It is the same as turning away all things that do not please God whatever thing we have to sacrifice.
    Acts 13: 22
13:22. "And when He had removed him, He raised up for them David as king, to whom also He gave testimony and said, 'I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after My own heart, who will do all My will.'

It means that David has the light of the moon.

  2. Relying on the name of Jesus.
    1 Samuel 17: 45

17:45. Then David said to the Philistine, "You come to me with a sword, with a spear, and with a javelin. But I come to you in the name of the LORDof hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied.

David did not deny the name of God, but kept on ministering to Him faithfully and fervently.
It means that David has the light of the star.

  3. Having no envy and hatred when being reproved by the Word of God.
    2 Samuel 12:7,9,12-13
12:7. Then Nathan said to David, "You are the man! Thus says the LORD God of Israel: 'I anointed you king over Israel, and I delivered you from the hand of Saul.
12:9. 'Why have you despised the commandment of the LORD, to do evil in His sight? You have killed Uriah the Hittite with the sword; you have taken his wife to be your wife, and have killed him with the sword of the people of Ammon.
12:12. 'For you did it secretly, but I will do this thing before all Israel, before the sun.'"
12:13. So David said to Nathan, "I have sinned against the LORD." And Nathan said to David, "The LORD also has put away your sin; you shall not die.

    Psalm 51:1
51:1. <<To the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David when Nathan the prophet went to him, after he had gone in to Bathsheba.>> Have mercy upon me, O God, According to Your lovingkindness; According to the multitude of Your tender mercies, Blot out my transgressions.

It means loving God and others. David did not want to kill Saul although he had two chances. David loved his enemy. David fell at Jesus' feet to confess his sin to God and others. He confessed that he was unable. He just hoped on God's mercy.
It means that David has the light of the sun.
We may be in the suffering in flesh, but the perseverance in the shepherding will result in the light.
The important thing is that we have patience and perseverance.
The main duty of the shepherd is bringing the sheep to the sheepfold.

The thing that had happened to David also happened to the church in Philadelphia, so the church in Philadelphia also received the key of David.
Revelation 3:7-9
3:7. "And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write, 'These things says He who is holy, He who is true, "He who has the key of David, He who opens and no one shuts, and shuts and no one opens":
3:8. "I know your works. See, I have set before you an open door, and no one can shut it; for you have a little strength, have kept My word, and have not denied My name.
3:9. "Indeed I will make those of the synagogue of Satan, who say they are Jews and are not, but lie--indeed I will make them come and worship before your feet, and to know that
I have loved you.

'have kept My word' means obedience or the light of the moon.
'have not denied My name' means faithfulness or the light of the star.
'I have loved you' means loving God more than anything or the light of the sun.

The fact of having the light of the sun, moon, and star is falling at Jesus' feet to confess the sins up to the peak. Do not repeat the sin after being forgiven!
We also confess that we are unable, and we just hope that God stretches His hand of goodness and mercy or the two wings of a great eagle.

The results are as follows:
God blesses us.
