General Service in Malang, May 26, 2019 (Sunday Morning)

Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Revelation 9:12
9:12 One woe is past. Behold, still two more woes are coming after these things.

God told men first that two woes will come. It refers to His warning and grace.

Amos 3:7
3:7 Surely the Lord GOD does nothing, Unless He reveals His secretto His servants the prophets..

Before showing His decision or doing all things, He has told it first to the prophets through a prophecy or the word which is revealed through a verse that explains other verses in the Bible or the true teaching Word which is sharper than any two-edged sword. It is able to point out the hidden sins in the congregation until they become the perfect body of Christ.
It reveals all things which have not happened yet but it will happen for sure especially about the second coming of Jesus on the glorious clouds and His condemnation to the world.
If one is holy, he can welcome His second coming. But, if he rejects the Word and does not want to be sanctified, he will enter the condemnation.

Before condemning the world on the last days, He has told it first through the prophecy and also given the solution and refuge at the same time.
Hardening the heart, one is still condemned by God.

The example is the condemnation to the world with a great flood on the age of Noah.
Genesis 6:5-8
6:5 Then the LORD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.
6:6 And the LORD was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was
grieved in His heart.
6:7 So the LORD said, "I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth, both man and beast, creeping thing and birds of the air, for I am sorry that I have made them."
6:8 But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD
.

God wanted to condemn men on the age of Noah because their hearts were not good. They tended to do the wicked and unclean things. Their deeds grieved the heart of God, the parents, and the pastor. They did sins up to the peak, namely the sins of eating-drinking and marrying-being given in marriage. So, He condemned them with the flood.

Luke 17:26-27
17:26 "And as it was in the days of Noah, so it will be also in the days of the Son of Man:
17:27 "They ate, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all.

On the last days, it will be repeated. God will condemn the world with fire from heaven until the doomsday and men perish forever.

Before condemning the world with the flood, He had told Noah first and given the solution and refuge at once, namely the ark of Noah.
Noah told the prophecy of the condemnation of God to other people. It began from his family.

2 Peter 3:3-7
3:3 knowing this first: that scoffers will come in the last days, walking according to their own lusts,
3:4 and saying, "Where is the promise of His coming? For since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of creation."
3:5 For this they willfully forget: that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of water and in the water,
3:6 by which the world that then existed perished, being flooded with water.
3:7 But the heavens and the earth which are now preserved by the same word, are reserved for fire until the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.

The attitudes of men in the age of Noah were the same as the ones of the people on the last days. The heart was arrogant and hard. They kept the sins and the desire of the flesh, even scoffed the prophecy, so they perished forever.

Amos 3:8
3:8 A lion has roared! Who will not fear? The Lord GOD has spoken! Who can but prophesy?

The right attitude towards the prophecy is that we have the fear to God, hear, and obey it. So, we are saved from His condemnation.

In the age of Noah, Noah and his family got the mercy of God. Actually, only Noah got the mercy of God. Therefore, the husband or the pastor first must ask for the good conscience to get His mercy. So, the family can also get the mercy of God to enter the ark.

Now, all of us must also ask for the good conscience so that we get the mercy of God to enter the ark of Noah spiritually.
It means as follows:
  1. The true water baptism.
    1 Peter 3:20-21
3:20 who formerly were disobedient, when once the Divine longsuffering waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was being prepared, in which a few, that is, eight souls, were saved through water.
3:21 There is also an antitype which now saves us--baptism (not the removal of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God), through the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

There is only one true water baptism like the ark of Noah.
The true water baptism is the one according to the Bible or the word of God. We must be baptized like Jesus.
    Matthew 3:16
3:16 When He had been baptized, Jesus came up immediately from the water; and behold, the heavens were opened to Him, and He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting upon Him.

    Romans 6:4
6:4 Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

The true water baptism means that one who has believed Jesus and repented must be buried in water with Jesus and he will arise from water with Him. So, the heaven is opened and we get the new life, the heavenly one, or the good and obedient conscience. The true water baptism determines our life forever.

  2. The Tabernacle.
The length is one hundred cubits and the width is fifty cubits, so the area is five thousand cubits square.
It reminds us to the five thousand men who sat down on the grass or the shepherding in the true teaching word.

    Genesis 6:14
6:14 " Make yourself an ark of gopherwood; make rooms in the ark, and cover it inside and outside with pitch.

    Exodus 25:8
25:8 "And let them make Me a sanctuary, that I may dwell among them.

    Genesis 6:16
6:16 "You shall make a window for the ark, and you shall finish it to a cubit from above; and set the door of the ark in its side. You shall make it with lower, second, and third decks.

The ark of Noah and Tabernacle were built by the will of God.
They have three rooms or levels.

    Acts 2:41-42
2:41 Then those who gladly received his word were baptized; and that day about three thousand souls were added to them.
2:42 And they continued steadfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers.

After entering the water baptism or the court of Tabernacle, we must persevere in doing the three main services to God in the Holy Place as follows:

    • The Golden Candlestick refers to the General Service to get the fellowship with Holy Spirit God in the anointing and gifts of Holy Spirit.
    • The Table of Showbread refers to the Bible Study Service and Holy Communion to get the fellowship with the Son of God in the true teaching word and sacrifice of Christ.

    • The Golden Altar of Incense refers to the Prayer Service to get the fellowship with Father God in His love.

All of them refer the atmosphere of the feast as follows:

    • The General Service refers to the Pentecost feast.
    • The Bible Study Service and Holy Communion refer to the Passover feast.
    • The General Service refers to The Tabernacle feast.

Serving to God means experiencing the atmosphere of heavenly feast in the midst of difficulties in the world.

Genesis 6:9

6:9 This is the genealogy of Noah. Noah was a just man, perfect in his generations. Noah walked with God

The facts found in having the good conscience are as follows:
  1. We live in righteousness in all aspects of our life.
  2. We are perfect. It means that we are sincere and honest. We say yes if yes and no if no.
  3. We walk with God. It means that we are faithful and fervent in spirit in serving and ministering to God to glorify Him.
    Acts 2:46
2:46 So continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart.

    Revelation 22:5
22:5 There shall be no night there: They need no lamp nor light of the sun, for the Lord God gives them light. And they shall reign forever and ever.

The main aim of our life is to serve to God. Sometime, we will serve to Him in His temple every day until we serve to Him in heaven day and night forever.

1 Chronicles 29:17-18

29:17 "I know also, my God, that You test the heart and have pleasure in uprightness. As for me, in the uprightness of my heart I have willingly offered all these things; and now with joy I have seen Your people, who are present here to offer willingly to You.
29:18 "O LORD God of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, our fathers, keep this forever in the intent of the thoughts of the heart of Your people, and fix their heart toward You.

Let us have the good conscience, do the good deeds, give to the work of God and other people who are in need, and submit our whole life to Him. So, He will stretch out His merciful hand for us.

Genesis 7:16
7:16 So those that entered, male and female of all flesh, went in as God had commanded him; and the LORD shut him in.

God shut the door of the ark, so even a drop of water could not enter it. The trinity of Satan cannot touch our life. We live in His merciful hand, so there is an assurance from Him.

The other example is Joseph.
Before God condemned Egypt with the famine, He had told Joseph first.

Acts 7:9-10
7:9 "And the patriarchs, becoming envious, sold Joseph into Egypt. But God was with him
7:10 "and delivered him out of all his troubles, and gave him
favor and wisdomin the presence of Pharaoh, king of Egypt; and he made him governor over Egypt and all his house.

Joseph was shepherded and he had a good conscience, so he got the favor and wisdom from God to collect the wheat as much as possible and he was delivered from the famine; even he got the high position and was glorified.

Genesis 42:5

42:5 And the sons of Israel went to buy grain among those who journeyed, for the famine was in the land of Canaan.

The famine attacked the world or Egypt and also the church of God or Canaan, namely the famine of the word of God.

Amos 8:11-14
8:11 "Behold, the days are coming," says the Lord GOD, "That I will send a famine on the land, Not a famine of bread, Nor a thirst for water, But of hearing the words of the LORD.
8:12 They shall wander from sea to sea, And from north to east; They shall run to and fro, seeking the word of the LORD, But shall not find it.
8:13 "In that day the fair virgins And strong young men Shall faint from thirst.
8:14 Those who swear by the sin of Samaria, Who say, 'As your god lives, O Dan!' And, 'As the way of Beersheba lives!'
They shall fall and never rise again."

Why is the church of God also hungry? Because they do not prioritize the true teaching word or the wheat and the sanctification but only the prosperity and physical entertainment. It fits the bad conscience which keeps the fleshly lusts and desires Those people are outside the mercy of God and only wait for His condemnation. Consequently, they enter the famine or are not fervent in the service and ministry anymore. They fall in sins up to the peak for sure and do not feel guilty. It means that they have fallen and never rise again.

Only the word can lift one up from sins, rottenness, and failures. Moreover, when one is permitted to pass away, the word of God is able to exalt him in the glorious body to meet Jesus when He comes for the second time.
The true teaching word is able to make us fervent in spirit in the service and ministry and collecting the wheat doubly on the last days.

Joseph' brothers bought the wheat first to overcome the famine, but then the wheat was used up again. It means that one often hears the word of God to finish the problem of the physical life or the daily needs, but after it is finished, the wheat is used up or he is still hungry. Therefore, it must be double.

Joseph's brothers bought the wheat for second time until they could unite with him. It means that we hear and obey the word until the unity of the perfect body of Christ can be formed. We put Jesus as Head, so He also watches, cares, and struggles with us. He stretches out His merciful hand for us.

The results are as follows:
  1. The salvation of the bride, namely eight people or four marriage couples entered the ark of Noah.
The merciful hand of God is able to preserve and protect us who are powerless in the midst of difficulties in the world until the time when Antichrist rules over the world for three and a half years, so the hell cannot touch our life. His merciful hand is also able to finish all of the impossible problems.

  2. The success of the bride.
    Genesis 39:21-23
39:21 But the LORD was with Joseph and showed him mercy, and He gave him favor in the sight of the keeper of the prison.
39:22 And the keeper of the prison committed to Joseph's hand all the prisoners who were in the prison; whatever they did there, it was his doing.
39:23 The keeper of the prison did not look into anything that was under Joseph's authority, because the LORD was with him; and whatever he did, the LORD made it prosper.

Although we have the limit, His great merciful hand is unlimited to make all things successful and beautiful in due time.

  3. The perfection of the bride.
    Revelation 22:20-21
22:20 He who testifies to these things says, "Surely I am coming quickly." Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus!
22:21 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen."

His merciful hand is able to sanctify and change us until we are as perfect as Him to be worthy to welcome His second coming on the glorious clouds.
God blesses you.
