Prayer Service in Malang, April 08, 2014 (Tuesday Evening)

(To Coincide with Fasting Prayer Service Session III)

Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Revelation 1:13
1:13 and in the midst of the seven lampstandsOnelike the Son of Man, clothed with a garment down to the feet and girded about the chest with a golden band.

This is the appearance of Jesus’ persona in the glory of High Priest. The signs are as follow:

  1. Clothed with a garment down to the feet.
  2. Girded about the chest with a golden band.
We still learn the first sign that is clothed with a garment down to the feet.
The meanings are as follow:
  1. The good and righteousness works.
  2. The garment of ministry that is the skillfully woven tunic made of fine linen thread which has many holes or the holy garment in anointing of Holy Spirit.
If we wear the skillfully woven tunic made of fine linen thread which has many holesand live in holiness in anointing of Holy Spirit, our eyes will look unto Jesus as the High Priest who sits at the right hand of the throne of God the Father.

The practice is as follows:

  1. We see Jesus as the High Priest who serves the ministry in tent, thus we can imitate Jesus to be priests and kings (the servant of God).
    Hebrews 8:1-2

8:1 Nowthis isthe main point of the things we are saying: We have such a High Priest, who is seated at the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens,
8:2 a Minister of the sanctuary and of the true tabernacle which the Lord erected, and not man.

The priest is one who lives in holiness and holds the ministry and the gift of Holy Spirit.

    1 Peter 2:5

2:5 you also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.

We are employed in the building of the perfect body of Christ with holiness and faithfulness. We become the living stone or the servant of God who is alive. It means we live in mercy of God like Daniel lives in the den of lions.

    Daniel 6:21
6:21 And when he came to the den, he cried out with a lamenting voice to Daniel. The king spoke, saying to Daniel, “Daniel, servant of the living God, has your God, whom you serve continually, been able to deliver you from the lions?”

Anytime, anywhere, in any condition, we can live because of God’s mercy up to eternal life.

  2. We see Jesus as the High Priest that is strong and of good courage so we are able to imitate Him to be His servant that is strong and of good courage.
    Hebrews 12:2-3
12:2 looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher ofourfaith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
12:3 For consider Him who endured such hostility from sinners against Himself, lest you become weary and discouraged in your souls.

    The meanings are as follow:

    • Holding fast and obeying to the true teaching Word whatever the risk may come.
    • Living in righteousness and holiness whatever the risk may come.
    • We are not disappoint, despair, and leave God when we are facing anything.

    1 Chronicles 19:13
19:13 Be of good courage, and let us be strong for our people and for the cities of our God. And may the Lorddowhat isgood in His sight.”

The result is God makes everything good. We can wait His second coming.

    Psalm 27:14

27:14 Wait on theLord; be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart;wait, I say, on theLord!

  3. We see Jesus as the High Priest that is merciful so we experience the ministry of reconciliation by Him to reconcile from all sins.
    Hebrews 2:17

2:17 Therefore, in all things He had to be made likeHisbrethren, that He might be a merciful and faithful High Priest in thingspertainingto God, to make propitiation for the sins of the people.

This is making us as the new creation or renewing us from the carnal men to the spiritual ones.

    2 Corinthians 5:18-19

5:18 Now all thingsareof God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation,
5:19 that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation.

The life renewal starts from obedience until the flesh does not sound anymore.

    Hebrews 5:8-10

5:8 though He was a Son,yetHe learned obedience by the things which He suffered.
5:9 And having been perfected, He became the author of eternal salvation to all who obey Him,
5:10 called by God as High Priest“according to the order of Melchizedek,”

The spiritual miracle happens and so do the physical ones.

    Hebrews 2:18

2:18 For in that He Himself has suffered, being tempted, He is able to aid those who are tempted.

    Hebrews 4:14, 16

4:14 Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fastourconfession.
4:16 Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

Jesus as the High Priest is able to help us from all problems even the impossible ones in due time.

    Ecclesiastes 3:11
3:11 He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also He has put eternity in their hearts, except that no one can find out the work that God does from beginning to end.

God is able to make everything beautiful in time. His hand is able to lift up us in time.

    1 Peter 5:6

5:6 Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time,

The hand of God lifts up us from the failure to success. His hand lifts up from fall and recovers us. Until the time of Jesus’ second coming, we are changed as glorious as He is. We see God face to face on glorious clouds.
God blesses us.
