Prayer Service in Malang, February 24, 2022 (Thursday Evening)

Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Revelation 15:1-2
15:1.Then I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvelous: seven angels having the seven last plagues, for in them the wrath of God is complete.
15:2. And I saw something like
a sea of glass mingled with fire, and those who have the victory over the beast, over his image and over his mark and over the number of his name, standing on the sea of glass, having harps of God.

The title is "Prelude to the Bowl Judgments".

The one who can escape from the last wrath of God is able to stand on the sea of glass mingled with fire in front of the throne of God.
The sea of glass mingled with fire is the escalation and the peak of the true water baptism or the Brazen Laver.

The true water baptism = the new birth or the renewal of life.
So, one who experiences the new birth or the renewal of life up to perfection can escape from the last wrath of God and stand on the sea of glass mingled with fire.
It means that the key is renewal.

What should be renewed? The hands and feet should.
Exodus 30:17-20
30:17.Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:
30:18."You shall also make a laver of bronze, with its base also of bronze, for washing. You shall put it between the tabernacle of meeting and the altar. And you shall put water in it,
30:19.for Aaron and his sons shall wash their hands and their feet in water from it.
30:20.When they go into the tabernacle of meeting, or when they come near the altar to minister, to burn an offering made by fire to the Lord, they shall
wash with water, lest they die.

So, the true water baptism renews the hands and feet. It is the same as the renewal of all power of the flesh so that we no longer depend on the power and the ability of our flesh but to the Lord's.

Why does that happen?
  1. No matter how great the power of the flesh, it is just like a vessel that is broken, fragile, and useless.
    Isaiah 30:9-14
    30:9. That this is a rebellious people, lying children, children who will not hear the law of the Lord;
30:10.Who say to the seers, "Do not see," and to the prophets, "Do not prophesy to us right things; speak to us smooth things, prophesy deceits.
30:11.Get out of the way, turn aside from the path, cause the Holy One of Israel to cease from before us."
30:12.Therefore thus says the Holy One of Israel: "Because you despise this word, and
trust in oppression and perversity, and rely on them,
30:13.Therefore this iniquity shall be to you like a breach ready to fall, a bulge in a high wall, whose breaking comes suddenly, in an instant.
30:14.And He shall break it like
the breaking of the potter's vessel, which is broken in pieces; He shall not spare. So there shall not be found among its fragments a shard to take fire from the hearth, or to take water from the cistern."

  2. If we rely on the power of the flesh, we will not be obedient to the Word, so we want to flee faster from Satan through making all things legal, but Satan will be faster than us and we will be destroyed and receive the last wrath of God.
    Isaiah 30:15b-17
    30:15b.But you would not,
    30:16.And you said, "No,
for we will flee on horses"--Therefore you shall flee! And, "We will ride on swift horses"-- Therefore those who pursue you shall be swift!
30:17.One thousand shall flee at the threat of one, at the threat of five you shall flee, till you are left as a pole on top of a mountain and as a banner on a hill.

Therefore, we must be obedient to the true teaching Word.
Isaiah 30:15
30:15.For thus says the Lord God, the Holy One of Israel: "In returning and restyou shall be saved; in quietnessand confidence shall be your strength." But you would not,

We only rely on the power of God who is able to fight for us.
The practices found in it are as follows:
  1. Being quiet and calm.
Being quiet means keeping silent, so we can introspect ourselves through the sharpness of the sword of the Word. Finding sin, we must confess to God and others, and do not sin anymore! If we do not find sin, we do not defend ourselves, but surrender to God.

Being calm means to be shepherded well and correctly, so the body, soul, and spirit are attached to the Trinity of God, and nothing else. We are not worried and hopeless as well as do not leave God, but we keep believing and hoping to Him, so we can pray.

To repent and pray is the same as stretching our hands to God. We shout and surrender to God, and He will also stretch His hands to us. As a result, the stormy sea becomes quiet and calm. It means as follows:

    • All impossible problems can be solved by God.
    • All things become peaceful, easy and light.
    • All things become successful and beautiful, until we reach the haven of peace in the New Jerusalem.

  2. Having patience and perseverance.
    James 5:10-11
5:10.My brethren, take the prophets, who spoke in the name of the Lord, as an example of suffering and patience.
5:11.Indeed we count them blessed who endure. You have heard of the
perseveranceof Job and seen the end intended by the Lord--that the Lord is very compassionate and merciful.

Perseverance means to persevere in service and ministry to God and in prayer.
Patience means being patient in the suffering and waiting for His time. Do not take your own path outside His Word!

Having patience and perseverance is the same as stretching our hands to God, so He will also stretch His merciful hands to us.

    The results are as follows:

    • God blesses doubly like Job, namely the physical blessing abundantly, holiness or the spiritual blessing, blessing in marriage, until we are evacuated to the wilderness, far from the eye of the snake that rules over the world.
Receiving blessing abundantly means to give thanks to God and become blessing to others, and God always provides what we need.

    • God healed Job who was seriously ill. It refers to the power of healing from all impossible illnesses.
    • There was power to renew Job until he repented in dust and ashes.
      Job 42:5-6
42:5."I have heard of You by the hearing of the ear, but now my eye sees You.
      42:6.Therefore I
abhor myself, and repent in dust and ashes."

To repent in dust and ashes means confessing as the clay, confessing to be unworthy, and admitting mistakes and flaws physically and spiritually. So, there is nothing we can be proud of, except God. The clay is only in the hands of God.

Job also revoked a lot of false words until he honestly confessed all.
Being honest means to become the house of prayer, and miracles happens. We surrender all things we cannot do to God.

When Jesus comes a second time, we will be renewed to be perfect like Him to be worthy to welcome His coming on the glorious clouds. We are not wrong in our words, but only shout "Alleluia". We enter One-Thousand-Year Kingdom of Peace or the Paradise that will be coming and arrive on the sea of glass mingled with fire.
Let us rely on the merciful hands of God, repent, pray, and have patience and perseverance. The hands of God will be stretched upon us, and miracles surely happen.

God blesses us.
