Peace and grave in the love of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Matthew 28:20b
28:20 .... and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." Amen.

God is with us until the end of the earth. It means He is with us in the midst of many difficulties in the world now, so that our life becomes easy and light, even when the antichrist reigns over the world for three years and six months. We can be evacuated from the world and we are on glorious clouds when Jesus comes a second time. We will not be left behind, but lifted up together with Jesus to sit with Him on the throne of heaven.

Revelation 3:21

3:21 "To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.

Who may get the accompaniment of God to sit with Him on the throne of heaven? They are those who overcome together with Jesus.

Psalm 20:7

20:7 Now I know that the LORD saves His anointed; He will answer him from His holy heaven With the saving strength of His right hand.

The requirement to overcome together with Jesus is to live in the anointing of Holy Spirit.

Exodus 30:22-25

30:22 Moreover the LORD spoke to Moses, saying:
30:23 "Also take for yourself quality spices -- five hundred shekels of
liquid myrrh, half as much sweet-smelling cinnamon(two hundred and fifty shekels), two hundred and fifty shekels of sweet-smelling cane,
30:24 "five hundred shekels of
cassia, according to the shekel of the sanctuary, and a hin of olive oil.
30:25 "And you shall make from these a holy anointing oil, an ointment compounded according to the art of the perfumer. It shall be a holy anointing oil.

The process to get the anointing oil is as follows.

  1. To provide liquid myrrh. It is as the latex that comes from myrrh tree that has been hurt or cut. It refers to the blood that comes out of Jesus’ body which is hurt on the cross, even until He must die. It is the sweet-smelling offering of Jesus as the fragrant liquid myrrh.

    Ephesians 5:2
5:2 And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet–smelling aroma.

It means that the blood of Jesus must be put on our five senses or the door of our heart, so that we get the good senses that can please God.

    1. Ears.
      John 10:27
10:27 "My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.

If there is Jesus’ blood on the ears, they will only hear the voice of the shepherd or the true Shepherding Word which is trusted to true pastor to preach faithfully, continually, and repetitively to become the food for the congregation.

      John 10:5

10:5 "Yet they will by no means follow a stranger, but will flee from him, for they do not know the voice of strangers."

We must flee from strange voice and not give any opportunity to hear it although it is only once. The strange voice is the voice that is not in line with the Shepherding such as other teachings, gossip, et cetera.

    2. Eyes.
If there is Jesus’ blood on the eyes, they will have spiritual sight that only sees Jesus as the High Priest and Great Shepherd who sits on the right hand of God the Father. Do not look at any human.

    3. Skin/ feeling.
We have the good feeling without bad thought to others, arrogance, and pessimism. Moreover, we do not easily get angry, fall, or become stumbling-block. We can be sensitive to distinguish the true teaching or things from the false ones.

    4. Nose.
We can smell the fragrance of incense. It means we worship God more to feel His love.

    5. Mouth.
      Ephesians 5:18-20
5:18 And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit,
5:19 speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord,
5:20 giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ,

We have good mouth to praise God, give thanks to Him, and say righteous and good words to become blessings to others. Do not speak against others.

      Numbers 12:1-3

12:1 Then Miriam and Aaron spoke against Moses because of the Ethiopian woman whom he had married; for he had married an Ethiopian woman.
12:2 So they said, "Has the LORD indeed spoken only through Moses? Has He not spoken through us also?" And the LORD heard it.
12:3 (Now the man Moses was very humble, more than all men who were on the face of the earth.)

      Numbers 12:10, 12, 14

12:10And when the cloud departed from above the tabernacle, suddenly Miriam became leprous, as white as snow. Then Aaron turned toward Miriam, and there she was, a leper.
12:12 "Please do not let her be as one dead, whose flesh is half consumed when he comes out of his mother's womb!"
12:14 Then the LORD said to Moses, "If her father had but spit in her face, would she not be shamed seven days? Let her be shut out of the camp seven days, and afterward she may be received again."

The consequence of having bad mouth is leprosy or uncleanness, rottenness, and shame for seven days. In such condition, one is left behind when Jesus comes a second time.

    1 John 2:28
2:28 And now, little children, abide in Him, that when He appears, we may have confidence and not be ashamed before Him at His coming.

If the blood of Jesus is put on our five senses so that we have meek heart, we will get the protection and preservation of God for our physical life in the midst of many difficulties in the world. In addition, we are preserved and protected spiritually, namely we are saved from the death.

  2. Sweet-smelling cinnamon.
It is sweet-smelling and sweet to become medicine. It refers to the sweet love of God through the sacrifice of His only Son on the cross as the sin offering.

    1 John 4:9-10

4:9 In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him.
4:10 In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins.

We must make peace with God and other people by confessing our sins to them honestly. After being forgiven, we should not do the sin anymore. Moreover, we must sincerely forgive the sins of other people and forget it. Finally, the sins are finished by the sacrifice of Christ, so there is peace and the anointing of Holy Spirit in our heart. As a result, we feel sweetness and joy.

    Proverbs 17:22
17:22 A merry heart does good, like medicine, But a broken spirit dries the bones.

All things become healthy and joyful, including our marriage.

  3. Cassia.
    Exodus 30:24
30:24"five hundred shekels of cassia, according to the shekel of the sanctuary, and a hin of olive oil.

The cassia is sweeter and more fragrant than the sweet-smelling cinnamon. It refers to the mercy of God, namely His gift to one who is not worthy of it.

    Acts 10:44-45

10:44 While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit fell upon all those who heard the word.
10:45 And those of the circumcision who believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because the gift of the Holy Spirit had been poured out on the Gentiles also.

The Gentiles can receive the anointing of Holy Spirit and become priests and kings or the people who serve and minister to God because of the mercy of God
. It refers to the fifth wound of Jesus for the Gentiles.

    1 Peter 2:9-10
    2:9 But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;
2:10 who once were not a people but are now the people of God, who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy.

Our life is made beautiful through the service and ministry to God.

    1 Corinthians 15:9-10

15:9 For I am the least of the apostles, who am not worthy to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God.
15:10 But by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace toward me was not in vain; but I labored more abundantly than they all, yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.

We must appreciate the mercy of God by serving and ministering to God more and more as well as prioritizing them more than anything.
There no gift that is greater than the mercy and goodness of God and there is no condemnation that is greater than the condemnation for one who makes the mercy and goodness of God useless.

  4. Sweet-smelling cane.
It is sweet-smelling tuber or root, but it has bitter taste and special quality as medicine. It refers to the cross of Jesus.

    1 Peter 4:1-2
4:1 Therefore, since Christ suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves also with the same mind, for he who has suffered in the flesh has ceased from sin,
4:2 that he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh for the lusts of men, but for the will of God.

It means the suffering in the flesh to stop sinning and live in righteousness. It is bitter to the flesh but sweet to our soul and spirit.
    It starts from water baptism.

    Romans 6:4

6:4 Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

The true water baptism happens when one who has died to sin or repented is buried in water together with Jesus to raise in new life, namely heavenly life or the life in righteousness.

    Proverbs 12:26

12:26 The righteous should choose his friends carefully, For the way of the wicked leads them astray.

Afterwards, we will never doubt to pass through a narrow door or the door of the true shepherding. We are inside the true sheepfold, namely the Holy Place. There are three kinds of instruments in it that refer to three main services to God as follows.

    1. Golden Candlestick or perseverance in doing General Service.
    2. Table of Showbread or perseverance in doing Bible Study Service with Holy Communion.
    3. Golden Altar of Incense or perseverance in doing Prayer Service.

As a result, we experience physical growth or the blessings of God and the spiritual one, namely spiritual maturity to reach perfection. We are counted by God.

    Ezekiel 20:37
    20:37 "I will make you pass under the rod, and I will bring you into the bond of the covenant;

It means God cares and pays attention to us, so that we do not fall in sin, go astray, or lose our way, but we become His possession.

  5. Olive oil.
It comes from the pressed olive fruits. It refers to the prayer of Jesus in Gethsemane.

    Mark 14:35-36

14:35 He went a little farther, and fell on the ground, and prayed that if it were possible, the hour might pass from Him.
14:36 And He said, "Abba, Father, all things are possible for You. Take this cup away from Me; nevertheless, not what I will, but what You will."

We experience the pressing or tearing to our flesh, so we can receive the will of God and obey Him until our flesh does not sound anymore. It is the source of the anointing oil of Holy Spirit. Disobedience means dryness, fragility, and destruction.

Thus, the source of the anointing oil of Holy Spirit is Jesus who is sacrificed or crucified.
John 16:7
16:7 "Nevertheless I tell you the truth. It is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send Him to you.

Jesus must go away, meaning He dies, raises, and ascends to heaven, to pour out the anointing oil of Holy Spirit.
If we appreciate His sacrifice, we are able to receive the anointing of Holy Spirit. The manifestation of Jesus’ sacrifice is the Holy Communion. We can receive the anointing oil of Holy Spirit through the Holy Communion.

The functions of the anointing oil of Holy Spirit are as follows.

  1. It rules over our mind to sanctify it, so that we are delivered from the remembrance or thought about our past time. For example, the house of Israel remembers the idol of Egyptians, so they make golden calf to worship.
    Jeremiah 46:14-15
46:14 "Declare in Egypt, and proclaim in Migdol; Proclaim in Noph and in Tahpanhes; Say, ‘Stand fast and prepare yourselves, For the sword devours all around you.’
46:15 Why are your valiant men swept away? They did not stand Because the LORD drove them away.

The idol refers to sins, pride, et cetera. Do not keep your past sins.

    2 Corinthians 11:3

11:3 But I fear, lest somehow, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, so your minds may be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.

The anointing oil of Holy Spirit sanctifies us from fleshly thought, so that we will not go astray.

  2. It makes us harmonious with one heart.
    Psalm 133:2-3
133:2 It is like the precious oil upon the head, Running down on the beard, The beard of Aaron, Running down on the edge of his garments.
133:3 It is like the dew of Hermon, Descending upon the mountains of Zion; For there the LORD commanded the blessing––Life forevermore.

All things become good and beautiful in His time. God commands the physical and spiritual blessings to come to us and none may hinder.

  3. The anointing oil upon our head becomes the crown of glory which does not fade away.
    1 Peter 5:4
5:4 and when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that does not fade away.

Not fading away means we are not disappointed or hopeless facing all things. We do not leave God but keep on believing and hoping in Him. We are faithful until the end. The glory equals to life renewal. It begins from submission or obedience.

    1 Peter 5:5-6

5:5 Likewise you younger people, submit yourselves to your elders. Yes, all of you be submissive to one another, and be clothed with humility, for "God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble."
5:6 Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time,

We live in the mighty hand of God. If the spiritual miracle can happen, the physical one will also happen. We are lifted up from the world until we can be on glorious clouds when Jesus comes a second time and we sit together with Him on the throne of New Jerusalem.

God blesses you.
