Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Revelation 5:1
5:1 And I saw in the right hand of Him who sat on the throne a scroll written inside and on the back, sealed with seven seals.

The scroll in the right hand of God on the throne of the heavenly kingdom refers to the Word which is written in the Bible or the writing which is revealed by God.

The Word of God is written on two places in Exodus chapter 20-23 as follows.

  1. Exodus 20:1-17.
The Word was written on the two tablets of stone. It is written in our heart and mind now. As a result, we experience the love of God until we can love Him more than anything. We can love other people like we love ourselves; even we can love our enemy.

  2. Exodus 20:22 - Exodus 23.
The Word of God was written on the scrolls of epistles. It is written on the pages of our life or our conduct.

    Exodus 21:1-2
21:1 "Now these are the judgments which you shall set before them:
21:2 "If you buy a Hebrew servant, he shall serve six years; and in the seventh he shall go out free and pay nothing.

As a result, we get the freedom from sin.

Who can set us free from sin? [Galatians 5:1] Only Jesus is able to set us free from sin.
How can Jesus set us free from sin?

  1. Through the sacrifice of Christ on the cross.
  2. Through the truth or God's Word.
  3. Through the power of Holy Spirit.

We are set free. What for? We learn about the first, namely the freedom of a male servant [Exodus 21:2]. It means that we are set free from sin to become the servants of God or the slaves of righteousness.

Romans 6:18

6:18 And having been set free from sin, you became slaves of righteousness.

The process is through the water baptism.

Romans 6:2
,4
6:2 Certainly not! How shall we who died to sin live any longer in it?
6:4 Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

The requirementof the true water baptism is repentance or being dead to sin.
The executionof the true water baptism is that the person who has died to sin is buried in water baptism with Jesus to be raised and get the new life and the deliverance from sin. It means living in righteousness and being the slaves of righteousness.

Exodus 21:1-2

21:1 "Now these are the judgments which you shall set before them:
21:2 "If you buy a Hebrew servant, he shall serve six years; and in the seventh he shall go out free and pay nothing.

The requirement to be the slaves of righteousness is working for six years and getting the freedom on the seventh year. The number six refers to the sinful fleshly man. The number seven refers to the perfect spiritual man. Thus, a servant of God must struggle to experience the tearing to the sinful flesh until he gets the perfection.

The meanings of the number six and seven spiritually are as follows.

  1. We struggle to experience the tearing to the sinful flesh, namely the six fleshly deeds of our outward man and the six sins of our inward man until there is no lie.
    Colossians 3:5-9
3:5 Therefore put to death your members which are on the earth: fornication(1), uncleanness(2), passion(3), evil desire(4), and covetousness(5), which is idolatry(6).
3:6 Because of these things the wrath of God is coming upon the sons of disobedience,
3:7 in which you yourselves once walked when you lived in them.

3:8 But now you yourselves are to put off all these: anger(1), wrath(2), malice(3), blasphemy(4), filthy language(5)out of your mouth.
    3:9 Do not
lie(6)to one another, since you have put off the old man with his deeds,

We become the honest new man. It starts from the honesty about the teachings or godly matter up to the one in everything.

    Colossians 3:12-14

    3:12 Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, put on tender mercies(1), kindness(2), humility(3), meekness(4), longsuffering(5);
3:13 bearing with one another, and
forgiving(6)one another, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do.
3:14 But above all these things put on
love(7), which is the bond of perfection.

We get the number seven, namely tender mercies up to the love or obedience until our flesh does not speak anymore.
Thus, a servant of God must be honest and obedient.

  2. According to the time.
    Numbers 14:34
14:34 'According to the number of the days in which you spied out the land, forty days, for each day you shall bear your guilt one year, namely forty years, and you shall know My rejection.

One day equals to one year, so six years equal to six days.

    2 Peter 3:8

3:8 But, beloved, do not forget this one thing, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

One day equals to one thousand years, so six days equal to six thousand years or the time to work in the field of God. There are three ages in it as follows.

    • The beginning. It is counted from Adam to Abraham, for about two thousand years.
    • The middle. It is counted from Abraham to the first coming of Jesus, for about two thousand years.
    • The last. It is counted from Jesus' first coming to the second one, for about two thousand years.

    2 Peter 3:9
3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.

Now is the last time, namely the lengthening of God's patience. We are still given the long age because we have not died and Jesus has not come a second time yet. The purpose is to make us repent or be set free from sin and become the slaves of righteousness to serve and minister to God according to the ministry He has entrusted to us faithfully and fervently in spirit until the end line. The end line refers to the time of our physical death and Jesus' second coming. We can welcome His second coming and get the perfect freedom.

What do we need to wait for Jesus' second coming?

    • Perseverance.
      Romans 8:25
8:25 But if we hope for what we do not see, we eagerly wait for it with perseverance.

      Acts 2:41-42

2:41 Then those who gladly received his word were baptized; and that day about three thousand souls were added to them.
2:42 And they continued steadfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers.

It refers to the perseverance in the sheepfold or the Holy Place as follows.

      1. Golden Candlestick or perseverance in doing General Serviceto have the fellowship with Holy Spirit God in the gifts. The gifts become permanent in the garland of twelve stars.

      2. Table of Showbread or perseverance in doing Bible Study Service with Holy Communionto get the fellowship with the Son of God in the Word and the sacrifice of Christ. We get the sanctification or redemption until it is perfect as the moon under the feet.

      3. Golden Altar of Incense or perseverance in doing Worship Prayer Serviceto get the fellowship with Father God in the love. The love becomes perfect in the clothes of the sun.

Through the perseverance in doing the three main services to God, we can be the light. It begins from the household, the shepherding, and in front of all people, until we become the light of the world.

      Revelation 12:1, 14

12:1 Now a great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet, and on her head a garland of twelve stars.
12:14 But the woman was given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness to her place, where she is nourished for a time and times and half a time, from the presence of the serpent.

We get the two wings of a great eagle to flee us to the wilderness, far away from the antichrist who reigns in the world for three years and six months. We get the perfect freedom. God preserves us directly through the Word and Holy Communion.

    • Being strong and of good courage.
      Psalm 27:14
27:14 Wait on the LORD; Be of good courage, And He shall strengthen your heart; Wait, I say, on the LORD!

      It means as follows.

      1. We do not doubt the true teachings, but keep on holding fast and obey it.
      2. We are not disappointed or hopeless in facing all things, but keep on believing and hoping in God and worshiping Him as the King by saying "Alleluia".
        Revelation 19:7, 6
19:7 "Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready."
19:6 And I heard, as it were, the voice of a great multitude, as the sound of many waters and as the sound of mighty thunderings, saying, "Alleluia! For the Lord God Omnipotent reigns!

Thus, a servant of God must persevere and be strong or of good courage.

  3. The seventh year refers to the Sabbath year or the rest.
A servant of God must serve in the peace or rest of Holy Spirit, namely being silent and quiet.
Being silentmeans that we keep silent more to do introspection by the sharpness of the sword of the Word. Finding sin, we must confess it to God and others. After being forgiven, we must not repeat the sin. We repent or have the sign of blood. Finding no sin, we must not plead ourselves, but keep silent. Satan cannot touch us when we have the sign of blood because God is pleading us.
Being quietmeans that we control ourselves so that we can be peaceful and there is no fear, worry, or bitterness. We only love God. We control ourselves, so we do not hope in others. We only believe and hope in God, so we can pray or make the smoke of incense go up.
Being silent and quiet means that we are stretching out our hands to God.

    1 John 2:1-2

2:1 My little children, these things I write to you, so that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous.
2:2 And He Himself is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the whole world.

As a result, Jesus the High Priest who sits at the right hand of the throne of Father God pays attention to and stretches out His merciful hands to us.

    Hebrews 2:17-18

2:17 Therefore, in all things He had to be made like His brethren, that He might be a merciful and faithful High Priest in things pertaining to God, to make propitiation for the sins of the people.
2:18 For in that He Himself has suffered, being tempted, He is able to aid those who are tempted.

    The results are as follows.

    • We are reconciled from sins. If the sins are finished, the waves of weariness and heavy burdens will be made calm and all things will be easy and light.
    • God is able to help us in time of need.
      Hebrews 4:16
4:16 Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

    • The hand of God writes our name in the Book of Life so that we can enter the New Jerusalem.
      Exodus 32:30-33
32:30 Now it came to pass on the next day that Moses said to the people, "You have committed a great sin. So now I will go up to the LORD; perhaps I can make atonement for your sin."
32:31 Then Moses returned to the LORD and said, "Oh, these people have committed a great sin, and have made for themselves a god of gold!
32:32 "Yet now, if You will forgive their sin -- but if not, I pray, blot me out of Your book which You have written."
32:33 And the LORD said to Moses, "Whoever has sinned against Me, I will blot him out of My book.

We get the renewal from the fleshly man to the spiritual one. It begins from patience. We must patiently wait for the stretching out of the hands of God as well as His time.

God blesses you.
