Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Revelation 21:1-8 can be divided as follows:

  1. [verse 1] A new heaven and a new earth.
  2. [verse 2-3] The new man.
  3. [verse 4-8] The new atmosphere as follows:

    1. Verse 4 The atmosphere without death.
    2. Verse 5-6 The atmosphere of the heavenly satisfaction.
    3. Verse 7 The atmosphere of winning.
    4. Verse 8 The atmosphere of righteousness, holiness, and perfection.

ad. d. The atmosphere of righteousness, holiness, and perfection.
Revelation 21:8
21:8. "But the cowardly(1), unbelieving(2), abominable(3), murderers(4), sexually immoral(5), sorcerers(6), idolaters(7), and all liars(8)shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death."

The eight sins are against the atmosphere of righteousness, holiness, and perfection.
The eight sins that bring people to the lake of fire and brimstone are as follows:

  1. Being cowardly and unbelieving are against the righteousness.
  2. Being abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, and idolaters are against the holiness.
  3. The liars are against the perfection.

We still learn about cowardly and unbelieving.
Being cowardly means that one is afraid of something up to being doubtful to the true teaching Word; even he rejects it.

James 1:6
1:6. But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind.

Being cowardly and unbelieving refers to the biggest wave of the sea that is able to drown us in the lake of fire and brimstone up to perdition forever.

Isaiah 17:12
17:12. Woe to the multitude of many peopleWho make a noise like the roar of the seas, And to the rushing of nations That make a rushing like the rushing of mighty waters!

The wave of the sea refers to the multitude of many people, namely the Gentiles. There are only two kinds of people in the world, namely the Israelites and the Gentiles.

Revelation 17:1,15
117:1. Then one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls came and talked with me, saying to me, "Come, I will show you the judgment of the great harlot who sits on many waters,
17:15. Then he said to me, "
The waters which you saw, where the harlot sits, are peoples, multitudes, nations, and tongues.

So, one who is cowardly and unbelieving is like a wave of the sea that refers to the Gentiles on whom Babylon, the great harlot, sits and controls.

The facts of being controlled by Babylon are as follows:

  1. Being unfaithful up to leaving the ministry that God gives to him.
    Psalm 137:1-4
137:1. By the rivers of Babylon, There we sat down, yea, we wept When we remembered Zion.
    137:2. We
hung our harpsUpon the willows in the midst of it.
137:3. For there those who carried us away captive asked of us a song, And those who plundered us requested mirth, Saying, "Sing us one of the songs of Zion!"
137:4. How shall we sing the LORD'S song In a foreign land?

The willows by the rivers of Babylon are the servants of God who minister to Him just to get the physical advantages, so they always sacrifice the spiritual things to get the physical ones. It means being dragged by Babylon to be closed to her, so one becomes very weak, dry, suffering, and labor. He is never satisfied, so he keeps grumbling although he has had intelligence, riches, and position.

Consequently, one becomes unfaithful and leaves the ministry that God gives to him. It is the same as hanging the harp.

    Matthew 27:3-5
27:3. Then Judas, His betrayer, seeing that He had been condemned, was remorseful and brought back the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and elders,
27:4. saying, "I have sinned by betraying innocent blood." And they said, "What is that to us? You see to it!"
27:5. Then he threw down the pieces of silver in the temple and departed, and went and
    hanged himself.

It continues until he hangs himself like Judas Iscariot.

    Galatians 3:13
3:13. Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, "Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree"),

Hanging himself means not appreciating Christ's sacrifice that is able to set us free from sin, the curse of sin, and the punishment of sin.
Judas Iscariot keeps committing sin up to the peak, so he is destroyed forever.

Starting being unfaithful and leaving the ministry will make one be left hanging between heaven and earth up to perdition forever.

    Isaiah 44:3-4
    44:3. For I will pour water on him who is thirsty, And floods on the dry ground; I will pour My Spirit on your descendants, And My blessing on your offspring;
44:4. They will spring up among the grass Like
    willows by the watercourses.'

That is why, the willows must be poured by the living water of Holy Spirit. It means ministering to God in the anointing of Holy Spirit. We do not look for the physical thing. We do not depend on intelligence, riches, position, et cetera. If we are anointed by Holy Spirit, He will give His gifts. The gift is the miraculous ability of Holy Spirit, so we can minister to God according to the ministry until the finish line, namely our death or Jesus' second coming.

  2. Babylon is the same as the marsh.
    Isaiah 14:22-23
14:22. "For I will rise up against them," says the LORD of hosts, "And cut off from Babylon the name and remnant, And offspring and posterity," says the LORD.
14:23. "I will also make it a possession for the porcupine, And marshes of muddy water; I will sweep it with the broom of destruction," says the LORD of hosts.

The marsh just receives the waters but unable to flow it, so it just becomes the source of disease and disaster.
It refers to the servant of God who is egoistic or prioritizing self-interest.

The facts found in it are as follows:

    • One only wants to receive the blessing, but he does not want to become the blessing for others.

    • Not willingly giving to and visiting others who are in need. It means not willingly entering the ministry of the building of the body of Christ. Consequently, he is active in the ministry of the building of Babylon or the false church who is perfect in evil and uncleanness.

    Matthew 25:45-46
25:45. "Then He will answer them, saying, 'Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to Me.'
25:46. "And these will go away into everlasting punishment, but the righteous into eternal life."

Inasmuch as we do not do something while we have been stirred up by God through the preaching of the Word or the fact we see must be accounted in the judgment day.

    2 Timothy 3:1-5
3:1. But know this, that in the last days periloustimes will come:
    3:2. For men will be
lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
3:3. unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good,
3:4. traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God,
3:5. having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!

One who is egoistic denies the power of godliness, namely the sword of the true teaching Word and the cross. He does not want to crucify his flesh, so the difficulties happen.
Where the egoistic servant of God is, all things will become difficult. Life, marriage, and ministry become difficult even impossible, especially hard to be changed from the fleshy man to the spiritual one like Jesus.

That is why we must not become the egoistic servant of God. Let us receive the sword of the Word and the cross. Both of them are painful for the flesh, but it can change our life from the fleshly men to the spiritual ones like Jesus up to perfection.

If we have been changed, our life in the world will not be difficult. God is able to do the miracle in our life.

    Ezekiel 47:11
47:11. "But its swamps and marshes will not be healed; they will be given over to salt.

Babylon is the swamps that are given over to salt.
One who is egoistic just commits sins up to the peak, so he is destroyed forever with Babylon.

  3. Babylon is controlled by the spirit of evil, uncleanness, and bitterness.
    Revelation 18:2
18:2. And he cried mightily with a loud voice, saying, "Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and has become a dwelling place of demons, a prison for every foul spirit, and a cage for every unclean and hated bird!

The spirit of evil refers to the bond of money that makes one become greedy and stingy.
The spirit of uncleanness refers to the sins of eating-drinking (smoking, getting drunk, and drugs abuse) and marrying-giving in marriage (fornication, false marriage, et cetera).
The spirit of bitterness refers to the hatred without a cause, namely one hates the righteous and the true teaching Word.

Luke 17:26-27
17:26. "And as it was in the days of Noah, so it will be also in the days of the Son of Man:
7:27. "They ate, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all.

Babylon had controlled men since the days of Noah, so they were destroyed by the floodwaters.
Only Noah received God's mercy, so he and his family could enter Noah's ark. If one person receives the mercy, the whole family will receive God's mercy too.

Genesis 6:15-16
6:15. "And this is how you shallmake it: The length of the ark shall be three hundred cubits, its width fifty cubits, and its height thirty cubits.
6:16. "You shall make a window for the ark, and you shall finish it to a cubit from above; and set the door of the ark in its side. You shall make it with
lower, second, and third decks.

Noah's ark had three levels according to God's will.

Exodus 25:10
25:10. " And they shallmake an ark of acacia wood; two and a half cubits shall be its length, a cubit and a half its width, and a cubit and a half its height.

The Tabernacle also had three rooms according to God's will.

So, Noah's ark is the same as the spiritual Tabernacle.
The Gentiles must enter the spiritual Tabernacle, so they can be set free from the characteristics of Babylon.

The three rooms in the Tabernacle are as follows:

  1. The Court, where there is the Brazen Laver. It refers to the true water baptism.
    1 Peter 3:20-21
3:20. who formerly were disobedient, when once the Divine longsuffering waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was being prepared, in which a few, that is, eight souls, were saved through water.
3:21. There is also an antitype which now saves us--
baptism(not the removal of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God), through the resurrection of Jesus Christ,

The true water baptism means that one who has died to sin or repented must be buried in the water with Jesus and come out or rise from water with Him to receive new life, namely the renewal of the heart from the one that tends to be evil to a good conscience. It is the heart which is anointed by Holy Spirit, namely obedience and sincerity.

    Genesis 6:5-6
6:5. Then the LORD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.
6:6. And the LORD was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart.

Sincerity and obedience are the heart of the bride, so we can differentiate everything that is right and wrong. We just do the right thing. We can testify about righteousness. We are set free from Babylon. We become the instrument of righteousness.

  2. The Holy Place. It refers to the sheepfold.
    Acts 2:41-42
2:41. Then those who gladly received his word were baptized; and that day about three thousand souls were added to them.
2:42. And they continued steadfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers.

The three tools in the Holy Place refer to the perseverance in committing the three kinds of main service to God.
In the sheepfold, our body, soul, and spirit attach to the trinity of God, so the trinity of Satan cannot touch us. We are specialized by God.

    Leviticus 21:12
21:12. 'nor shall he go out of the sanctuary, nor profane the sanctuary of his God; for the consecration of the anointing oil of his God is upon him: I am the LORD.

After becoming the instrument of righteousness or the priest and king, we must always be in the Holy Place, namely the perseverance in committing the three kinds of main service to God, so we experience the purification continuously. We live in holiness and experience the anointing of Holy Spirit upon us. It means as follows:

    • Our mind is anointed by Holy Spirit, so we are not deceived by false teaching or gossip.
    • Thinking about the spiritual things more than the worldly ones or prioritizing the ministry to God.

The more we are purified, the more we are anointed, so we are more faithful and fervent in the ministry to God.

We who are holy, anointed, faithful, and fervent are the apple of God's eye who is specialized by Him, so a grain of sand cannot enter us. We keep living in peace, so all things become easy and light.

    Revelation 17:14
17:14. "These will make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them, for He is Lord of lords and King of kings; and those who are with Him are called, chosen, and faithful."

    Revelation 2:10
2:10. "Do not fear any of those things which you are about to suffer. Indeed, the devil is about to throw some of you into prison, that you may be tested, and you will have tribulation ten days. Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life.

We can be faithful until the finish line, and we receive the crown of the bride.

  3. The Most Holy Place where there are two times seven sprinklings of blood.
It means suffering in the flesh with Jesus to change and give the spiritual adornment to us.
The spiritual adornment is the one of the bride.

    1 Peter 3:3-6
3:3. Do not let your adornmentbe merely outward--arranging the hair, wearing gold, or putting on fine apparel--
3:4. rather let it be the hidden person of the heart, with the incorruptible beauty of a
gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious in the sight of God.
3:5. For in this manner, in former times, the holy women who trusted in God also adorned themselves, being
    submissiveto their own husbands,
3:6. as Sarah obeyed Abraham, calling him lord, whose daughters you are if you do good and are not afraid with any terror.

Gentlenessis the ability to receive the teaching Word no matter how hard it is, so we are purified and changed. It is also the ability to forgive others' sin and forget it.
Quietnessmeans keeping silent. We do the introspection in our life by the sharpness of the sword of the Word. It is the ability to confess the sin to God and others. Do not sin anymore after being forgiven!
Being submissivemeans becoming obedient until the flesh does not speak anymore. It is the same as stretching out our hands to God. All things are up to God.

    Genesis 7:16
7:16. So those that entered, male and female of all flesh, went in as God had commanded him; and the LORD shut him in.

As a result, God's merciful hand is stretched out to do the things as follows:

    • Shutting Noah's ark. It means the power of God's protection and preservation for our physical life in the midst of the difficulties of the world until the Antichrist reigns over the world. Spiritually, we are protected from sins up to the peak and the false teaching, so we keep living in righteousness and sincerity. We keep holding fast the true teaching Word. The floodwater also refers to the problems. God's hand is able to shut Noah's ark. It means that God finishes all of impossible problems. God's hand takes care of us and gives the beautiful and successful future.

    • Using our life in the revival of Holy Spirit in the last rain or the building of the perfect body of Christ up to perfection.
      1 Chronicles 28:20
28:20. And David said to his son Solomon, "Be strong and of good courage, and do it; do not fear nor be dismayed, for the LORD God--my God--will be with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you, until you have finished all the work for the service of the house of the LORD.

We greet Jesus when He comes a second time by saying: 'Alleluia!'

God blesses us.
