THE CHILD SUBMISSION

2 Timothy 1:5
1:5 when I call to remembrance the genuine faith that is in you, which dwelt first in your grandmother Lois and your mother Eunice, and I am persuaded is in you also.

Eunice was a mother who had the genuine faith and its works. It is the same as being strong and of good courage, meaning as follows:

  1. To keep believing in Jesus until the end line, namely never denying Jesus or the true teaching Word.
The facts found in it are not being disappointed, not being hopeless, and not leaving God whatever we face, but being faithful and fervent in spirit to serve and minister to God until the end line. And also, keep being faithful and hoping to God whatever happens.

  2. To be a testifier or an example of faith.
Parents must be the example of faith. Say yes if yes and no if no! Say true if true and false if false!

  3. To serve in the revival of Holy Spirit at the latter rain or the building of the perfect body of Jesus Christ through sacrifices until becoming the perfect Bride of Heaven who is ready to welcome the second coming of Jesus on the glorious clouds.

God blesses us.

GENERAL SERVICE

Peace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Revelation 6:12-17
6:12 I looked when He opened the sixth seal, and behold, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became like blood.
6:13 And the stars of heaven fell to the earth, as a fig tree drops its late figs when it is shaken by a mighty wind.
6:14 Then the sky receded as a scroll when it is rolled up, and every mountain and island was moved out of its place.
6:15 And the kings of the earth, the great men, the rich men, the commanders, the mighty men, every slave and every free man, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains,
6:16 and said to the mountains and rocks, "Fall on us and hide us from the face of Him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb!
6:17 For the great day of His wrath has come, and who is able to stand?"

The sixth punishment from the Holy Spirit is a great earthquake that causes the things as follows:

  1. Darkness [verse 12-13]
  2. Shakiness [verse 14]
  3. Fears [verse 15-17].

ad. 1. Darkness.
The great earthquake in spiritual meaning is the influence of the world with its bustle, pleasure, difficulties, wickedness, impurities, hatred, et cetera. It causes the things as follows:

  • The sun became black, meaning the love of God the Father does not work anymore. Man can no longer love.
  • The moon became like blood, meaning the redemption light of the Son of God does not work anymore. Man lives in sin and can no longer repent.
  • The stars of heaven fell, meaning the light of Holy Spirit does not work anymore. Man can no longer be faithful and fervent in spirit in service and ministry to God.

Therefore, the darkest darkness in the world happens, meaning the antichrist who rules over the world for three and a half years.

Revelation 12:1,3-4,6,14
12:1 Now a great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet, and on her head a garland of twelve stars.
12:3 And another sign appeared in heaven: behold, a great, fiery red dragon having seven heads and ten horns, and seven diadems on his heads.
12:4 His tail drew a third of the stars of heaven and threw them to the earth. And the dragon stood before the woman who was ready to give birth, to devour her Child as soon as it was born..
12:6 Then the woman fled into the wilderness, where she has a place prepared by God, that they should feed her there one thousand two hundred and sixty days.
12:14 But the woman was given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness to her place, where she is nourished for a time and times and half a time, from the presence of the serpent.

Meanwhile, the church of God appears as the light of the world with the light of the sun, the moon, and the stars. The perfect church of God is given two wings of a great eagle to fly into the wilderness, far from the presence of the antichrist for for three and a half years. Afterwards, entering the marriage supper of the Lamb, the paradise or the One Thousand Years Kingdom of Peace, up to the New Jerusalem forever.

The church of God who lives in darkness will enter the darkest darkness in the world, the apocalypse, up to the darkest darkness in the hell forever.

The facts of living in darkness are as follows:

  1. People cannot see one another.
    Exodus 10:21-23
10:21 Then the Lord said to Moses, "Stretch out your hand toward heaven, that there may be darkness over the land of Egypt, darkness which may even be felt."
10:22 So Moses stretched out his hand toward heaven, and there was thick darkness in all the land of Egypt three days.
10:23 They did not see one another; nor did anyone rise from his place for three days. But all the children of Israel had light in their dwellings.

It is the same as being selfish or only concerning to or caring for oneself until sacrificing others and spiritual things to fulfill the desire of the flesh.

The result is being the same as Judas Iscariot, namely destruction and doom forever.

    Philippians 2:19-21
2:19 But I trust in the Lord Jesus to send Timothy to you shortly, that I also may be encouraged when I know your state.
    2:20 F
or I have no one like-minded, who will sincerely care for your state.
2:21 For all seek their own, not the things which are of Christ Jesus.

We must sacrifice our self-interest, so we are not selfish, but able to prioritize others. It begins in marriage, shepherding, inter- shepherding, up to the perfect body of Christ. We are also able to prioritize Jesus or the spiritual things.

    2 Timothy 3:1-5
3:1 But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come:
3:2 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
3:3 unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good,
3:4 traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God,
3:5 having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!

Being selfish means there must be 17 other desires of the flesh.
Who is often selfish? The servants of God who physically serve and minister to Him, but rejecting the power of service, the true teaching Word or the cross. So, they do not experience the renewal of life, but remain as the fleshly men who keep the fleshly character.

In service and ministry, let us receive the power of the cross to renew us from fleshly men to spiritual ones like Jesus.

  2. People cannot rise from their place.
It means not having a spiritual revival, but a downturn. It is the same as falling and rising in sin up to the peak, namely sin of eating-drinking and marrying-giving in marriage.
Being selfish, one must keep the sin. Keeping sin, one must be selfish. These two things are related.

    Acts 20:28,31-33,35
20:28 Therefore take heed to yourselves and to all the flock, among which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the church of God which He purchased with His own blood.
20:31 Therefore watch, and remember that for three years I did not cease to warn everyone night and day with tears.
20:32 "So now, brethren, I commend you to God and to the word of His grace, which is able to build you up and give you an inheritance among all those who are sanctified.
20:33 I have coveted no one's silver or gold or apparel.

20:35 I have shown you in every way, by laboring like this, that you must support the weak. And remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that He said, 'It is more blessed to give than to receive.'

The way out is to be in the spiritual revival in shepherding system.
It is worth the blood of Jesus on the cross. Therefore, the shepherds and the lambs should not be half-hearted in shepherding. Being half-hearted means that they do not respect the blood of Jesus, so there is no forgiveness anymore.

The shepherds and the sheep must weep to get the shepherding Word as a spiritual food. It is the true teaching Word that is preached repeatedly and faithfully. The shepherding Word is the Word of the grace God or manna from Heaven.

The shepherding Word guides us to enter the shepherding. It means to open the door of Heaven, so the other doors in the world will be opened too.
The shepherding pen refers to the Holy Place in Tabernacle with three kinds of equipment. That refers to the perseverance in three kinds of service as follows:

    • The Golden Candlestick or the perseverance in general service or the fellowship with Holy Spirit God in His gifts. We live in Holy Spirit, so we are faithful and fervent in spirit to serve and minister to God.

    • The Table of Showbread or the perseverance in bible study service and Holy Communion or the fellowship with Son of God in the teaching word and Christ's sacrifice.
      Ephesians 5:17
5:17 Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is

We understand His will through the true teaching Word. We can be obedient and practice the Word, so we live in sanctity.

    • The Golden Altar of Incense or the perseverance in prayer service or the fellowship with God the Father in His love.
      Ephesians 5:19-20
5:19 speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord,
5:20 giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ,

There are no lies, slanders, and gossips from our mouth, but we give thanks and testimonies, and also worship God.

The spiritual revival only happens in the shepherding pen. The results are as follows:

    • The shepherding Word is able to sanctify our body, soul, and spirit. It starts with the sanctification of the heart from impurity, wickedness, and bitterness.
Wickedness is the same as the desire of money that causes stinginess and greediness. Stinginess means that one cannot give to God and others. Greediness means that one robs the possession of God and others. We are sanctified so that we feel more blessed to give than to receive, up to giving all of our lives to God. It means that we are not selfish anymore.

      Psalms 84:10

84:10 For a day in Your courts is better than a thousand. I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God Than dwell in the tents of wickedness.

    • We are cared until saying "I shall not want".
We are cared physically until we can always give thanks to God.
      Spiritually, there is peace.
We are sanctified continually until being as perfect as God..

  3. Being paralyzed.
    Acts 9:32-34
9:32 Now it came to pass, as Peter went through all parts of the country, that he also came down to the saints who dwelt in Lydda.
9:33 There he found a certain man named Aeneas, who had been bedridden eight years and was paralyzed.
9:34 And Peter said to him, "Aeneas, Jesus the Christ heals you. Arise and make your bed." Then he arose immediately.

Aeneas means the one who is praiseworthy and respected, but many were paralyzed.
Being paralyzed means that something is wrong.

Paralysis happens in three things as follows:

    • The wrong marriage and children.
Let us resolve all things in marriage. The measure is the Bible.

    • The net which is not mended. It refers to wrong jobs, studies, and ministries.
      Mark 1:19
1:19 When He had gone a little farther from there, He saw James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, who also were in the boat mending their nets.

    • The wrong heart.
      1 John 3:19-22
3:19 And by this we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before Him.
3:20 For if our heart condemns us, God is greater than our heart, and knows all things.
3:21 Beloved, if our heart does not condemn us, we have confidence toward God.
3:22 And whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do those things that are pleasing in His sight.

The good conscience means that our heart does not condemn us. It also refers ti the obedient heart. As a result, we become the house of prayer.

      John 19:28-30
19:28 After this, Jesus, knowing that all things were now accomplished, that the Scripture might be fulfilled, said, "I thirst!"
19:29 Now a vessel full of sour wine was sitting there; and they filled a sponge with sour wine, put it on hyssop, and put it to His mouth.
19:30 So when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, "It is finished!" And bowing His head, He gave up His spirit.

Upon the cross, Jesus struggled to drink the sour wine mingled with gall that refers to sins and unresolved things until He said, "It is finished!".

The condition is that we must give Jesus the sour wine. It means to confess all of our sins truthfully to God and others. After being forgiven, do not sin anymore.

      Revelation 21:5-6
21:5 Then He who sat on the throne said, "Behold, I make all things new." And He said to me, "Write, for these words are true and faithful."
21:6 And He said to me, "It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give of the fountain of the water of life freely to him who thirsts.

It continues until all of our sins and problems are resolved up to entering the New Jerusalem.
Nowadays, let us struggle to be honest in confessing sin to God.

God blesses us.
