To Coincide with Fasting Prayer Service Session IIIPeace and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 22:1022:10. And he said to me, "Do not seal the words of the prophecy of this book, for the time is at hand. The third warning is related to not sealing the words of the prophecy of the book.
Proverbs 29:1829:18. Where there is no revelation, the people cast off restraint; But happy is he who keeps the law.If there is no revelation, the congregation will cast off restraint or be disobedient.
Mark 5:1-55:1. Then they came to the other side of the sea, to the country of the Gadarenes.
5:2. And when He had come out of the boat, immediately there met Him out of the tombs a man with an unclean spirit,
5:3. who had his dwelling among the tombs; and no one could bind him, not even with chains,
5:4. because he had often been bound with shackles and chains. And the chains had been pulled apart by him, and the shackles broken in pieces; neither could anyone tame him.
5:5. And always, night and day, he was in the mountains and in the tombs, crying out and cutting himself with stones. The country of the Gadarenes refers to the Gentiles'. Without the revelation of the Word, the Gentiles will be demon-possessed, so they cast off restraint or become disobedient.
The facts of casting off restraint are as follows:
- Being unable to be arranged, so one cannot live in order and regularity. He cannot be controlled, rebuked, and advised, so he keeps sinning.
He is not shepherded, but just follows the lust of the flesh, so he just commits sins up to the peak.
- 'crying out'. It means grumbling or provoking others. His word just harms others.
Consequently, he does not experience peace but experiences weariness, heavy burden, and toil.
- 'cutting himself with stones'. It means as follows:
- The hardness of the heart, so one destroys the marriage. For example, a husband does bitterly toward his wife; a wife does not submit to her husband; a child does not obey to his parents.
Ephesians 5:28
5:28. So husbands ought to love their own wives as their own bodies; he who loves his wife loves himself.
- Destroying the temple of God. It means as follows:
- Destroying his own life by committing the sins of eating-drinking (smoking, getting drunk, and drugs abuse) and marrying-giving in marriage, including eating the food that he may not eat.
- Becoming unfaithful as well as leaving the ministry.
- Destroying the ministry.
2 Timothy 3:1-5
3:1. But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come:
3:2. For men will be lovers of themselves(1), lovers of money(2), boasters(3), proud(4), blasphemers(5), disobedient to parents(6), unthankful(7), unholy(8),
3:3. unloving(9), unforgiving(10), slanderers(11), without self-control(12), brutal(13, despisers of good(14)
3:4. traitors(15), headstrong(16), haughty(17), lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God(18),
3:5. having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!
The false ministry is the one that has a form of godliness. It means ministering to God just for getting the physical things, namely the physical prosperity and entertainment, but he rejects the power of godliness, namely the true teaching Word. He is against the righteousness. His ministry does not reach the depths of the heart, so he has the hard and irritable heart. He also easily stumbles.
2 Timothy 3:8
3:8. Now as Jannes and Jambres resisted Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, disapproved concerning the faith;
Consequently, one becomes out of the right mind. He cannot differentiate between the true thing and the false one; between the good thing and the evil one. He cannot confess his sin but just blames others, so he is naked and ashamed.
He ministers to God but keeps the eighteen characteristics of the flesh.
Jesus willingly goes through the winds and waves to help a gentile who is out of his right mind. Jesus willingly dies on the cross with the five major injuries. The fifth injury at His side that is the biggest and the deepest one is for saving the Gentiles. From the fifth injury, blood and water come out. Jesus cast out demons from the Gentiles.
The
blood sign means trusting Jesus and repenting or being dead to sin.
The
water sign refers to the true water baptism.
Being in the right mind means living in righteousness.
Mark 8:2,68:2. "I have compassion on the multitude, because they have now continued with Me three days and have nothing to eat.
8:6. So He commanded the multitude to sit down on the ground. And He took the seven loaves and gave thanks, broke them and gave them to His disciples to set before them; and they set them before the multitude. We must sit down on the ground to face the crisis in all aspects of life. It means humbling our life as low as we can until we confess that we are just the mortar that is worthless and just trampled.
2 Corinthians 4:3-4, 74:3. But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing,
4:4. whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them.
4:7. But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us.We are filled by the Word.
The process is as follows:
- Hearing the Word earnestly and with a need until we understand it.
The fact is keeping silent.
- Trusting the Word. The faith is the brake to not sinning.
As a result, we receive the excellence of the power from the true teaching Word, so we can endure all of difficulties, pressures, and sufferings in the world. We do not get disappointed and desperate as well as leave God, but we keep ministering to God faithfully. We keep trusting and hoping God. We can endure the death, so we are not destroyed but live forever.
- The power of purification from sins up to peak, so we live in holiness and love one another.
- Isaiah 52:11
52:11. Depart! Depart! Go out from there, Touch no unclean thing; Go out from the midst of her, Be clean, You who bear the vessels of the LORD.
We are entrusted to bear the vessels of the LORD. It means that we are appointed as the priests and kings to minister God.
- The power of life renewalfrom the fleshly men to the spiritual ones like Jesus.
Titus 2:7
2:7. in all things showing yourself to be a pattern of good works; in doctrine showing integrity, reverence, incorruptibility,
It starts from being honest. Saying true if true, false if false.
We become the house of prayer. God's power is able to finish all of impossible problems. Our life becomes easy and light. We have beautiful and successful future. It continues until we are changed to become as perfect as God.
God blesses us.
