Prayer Service in Malang, November 08, 2018 (Thursday Evening)
Peace
and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation
8:1-5 tells
about the opening
of the seventh.
Revelation
8:2 8:2
And I saw the seven angels who stand before God, and to them were
given seven trumpets.
The
seven angels with seven trumpets mean that every angel is trusted a
trumpet. The angel refers to the shepherd.
The
trumpet refers to the true teaching Word that is hard and is trusted
by God to one shepherd to preach to the congregation faithfully,
regularly, and repetitively.
Thus, the Word becomes the food for congregation to grow to spiritual
maturity
or perfection. The word will purify and change the congregation to
become as perfect as Jesus is.
The trumpet also
refers to the
command or the guidance of God's
hands
to lead us entering the last shepherding, namely the New Jerusalem.
The
attitude to the sound of trumpet or the shepherding Word will
determine our life in this world.
There
are two opposite situations as follows:
- Ones
who have listened to and obeyed
the Word will experience the sanctification
or
life renewal, so they can receive the love of God that encourages
them to worship Him.
The
more we are holy, the more the
love, worship, and peace increase. It
continues until we experience the silence in heaven for about half
an hour.
Revelation
8:1-4 8:1
When He opened the seventh seal, there was silence
in heaven for about half an hour. 8:2
And I saw the seven angels who stand before God, and to them were
given seven trumpets. 8:3 Then another angel, having a golden
censer, came and stood at the altar. He was given much incense, that
he should offer it with the prayers of all the saints upon the
golden altar which was before the throne. 8:4 And the smoke of
the incense, with the prayers of the saints, ascended before God
from the angel's hand.
- Ones
who
refuse the voice of shepherd because of hearing the strange one
until they refuse the purification and keep the sins
will not have the love of God and they cannot worship Him.
It means that they have the
spiritual dryness. As
a result, they
experience the shaking and punishment from the Son of God until the
destruction and perdition
forever.
Revelation
8:5-13 8:5
Then the angel took the censer, filled it with fire from the altar,
and threw it to the earth. And there were noises, thunderings,
lightnings, and an earthquake. 8:6 So the seven angels who had
the seven trumpets prepared themselves to sound. 8:7 The first
angel sounded: And hail and fire followed, mingled with blood, and
they were thrown to the earth. And a third of the trees were burned
up, and all green grass was burned up. 8:8 Then the second angel
sounded: And something like a great mountain burning with fire was
thrown into the sea, and a third of the sea became blood. 8:9
And a third of the living creatures in the sea died, and a third of
the ships were destroyed. 8:10 Then the third angel sounded: And
a great star fell from heaven, burning like a torch, and it fell on
a third of the rivers and on the springs of water. 8:11 The name
of the star is Wormwood. A third of the waters became wormwood, and
many men died from the water, because it was made bitter. 8:12
Then the fourth angel sounded: And a third of the sun was struck, a
third of the moon, and a third of the stars, so that a third of them
were darkened. A third of the day did not shine, and likewise the
night. 8:13 And I looked, and I heard an angel flying through
the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice, "Woe, woe, woe
to the inhabitants of the earth, because of the remaining blasts of
the trumpet of the three angels who are about to sound!"
Jeremiah
6:17-21 6:17
Also, I set watchmen over you, saying, 'Listen to the sound of the
trumpet!' But they said, 'We will not listen.'
6:18
Therefore hear, you nations, And know, O congregation, what is among
them.
6:19
Hear, O earth! Behold, I will certainly bring calamity on this
people--The fruit of their thoughts, Because they have not heeded
My words, Nor My law, but rejected it.
6:20
For what purpose to Me Comes frankincense from Sheba, And sweet cane
from a far country? Your burnt offerings are not acceptable, Nor your
sacrifices sweet to Me."
6:21
Therefore thus says the LORD: "Behold, I will lay stumbling
blocks before this people, And the fathers and the sons together
shall fall on them. The neighbor and his friend shall perish."
The
result of hearing the strange voice,
gossip, or
another teaching that is different from the Bible is
that ones
cannot obey,
but
refuse the voice of shepherd
or the sound of the trumpet
(they feel strange to it).
The results are as follows:
- They
experience the stumbling blocks.
The meanings are as follows:
- Stumbling
and falling in sins up to the peak (the sin of eating-drinking and
marrying-being given in marriage) until they fall and cannot rise
anymore.
There
are two kinds of resurrection as follows:
- The
first resurrection when Jesus comes a second time. The
dead who lived
in Jesus will rise
in the first resurrection
to be worthy
to greet
His second coming in the
glory.
- The
second resurrection happens after the
One Thousand Years of Peace.
The evil doers or ones who
refuse
the voice of trumpet will enter this resurrection to receive the
punishment. It is the meaning of falling down and being
unable to
rise anymore.
- Stumbling
in ministry.
2
Peter
1:10-11 1:10
Therefore, brethren, be even more diligent to make your call and
election sure, for if you do these things you will never
stumble; 1:11 for so an entrance will be supplied to you
abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Savior
Jesus Christ.
Stumbling
in the call
and election
means unfaithfulness in ministry until losing the full right to
enter the heaven and
perishing
forever.
- Becoming
a
stumbling-block
for others. It means that one who
should have accepted the teaching Word stumbles
by our deed and saying, so he refuses the true teaching word. This
is the debt of blood that cannot be paid by anything. The result is
life suffering from now until perdition.
- The
frankincense is not acceptable.
Jeremiah
6:20 6:20
For what purpose to Me Comes frankincense from Sheba, And sweet
cane from a far country? Your burnt offerings are not acceptable,
Nor your sacrifices sweet to Me."
It
means that one cannot worship God or
there is
spiritual dryness, so he falls in false worship
or the one
to Antichrist. It is signified by the following
things:
- The
spirit of selling-buying.
It starts from stinginess and
greediness. Being stingy means that one cannot give. Being greedy
means that one steals others'.
- The
mouth says the idle words such as gossip, evil speaking, and
blasphemy (blaming the true teaching word and supporting the false
one). Thus, the door of heaven is closed.
Revelation
13:5-6 13:5
And he was given a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies,
and he was given authority to continue for forty-two months. 13:6
Then he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme
His name, His tabernacle, and those who dwell in heaven.
Jeremiah
6:17a 6:17
Also, I set watchmen over you, saying, 'Listen to the sound of the
trumpet!'...
The
right attitude is heeding the true teaching word. It starts from
taking heed to what we hear or the true teaching word that is written
in the Holy bible. We must hear the word solemnly and with a need.
We open the door of our ears and heart widely. We hear the word
solemnly until we understand, believe, have faith, and following
things
the true teaching word.
Revelation
4:1-3 4:1
After these things I looked, and behold, a door standing open in
heaven. And the first voice which I heard was like a trumpet speaking
with me, saying, "Come up here, and I will show you things which
must take place after this."
4:2
Immediately I was in the Spirit; and behold, a throne set in heaven,
and One sat on the throne.
4:3
And He who sat there was like a jasper and a sardius stone in
appearance; and there was a rainbow around the throne, in appearance
like an emerald.
The
result of taking heed to the true teaching word is that we are
purified and renewed regularly until we grow spiritually. The door of
heaven will be opened and we can see God who sits on the throne. It
means that we can worship God until we feel the atmosphere of the
throne of heaven and the flow of the water of life from Holy Spirit.
Revelation
22:1 22:1
And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal,
proceeding from the throne of God and of the Lamb.
The
results of experiencing the flow of the water of life from Holy
Spirit
are as follows:
- Holy
Spirit pours the love of God, so we will neither
get disappointed and desperate nor leave
God whatever the condition we may face. We will not be proud easily.
We also do not depend on anything
in this world.
Romans
5:5 5:5
Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been
poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to
us.
We
become strong and of good courage, namely holding fast and obeying
the true teaching word, so we can live in holiness and
righteousness. We refuse to sin whatever the risk may come. We are
faithful and fervent in ministry until the end line. We can give
thanks and worship God. We depend on God more than anything.
- We
experience the satisfaction of heaven, so we will not look for
the
pseudo satisfaction in the world that makes the
fall in sins
up to the peak. We can keep
on living
in holiness and righteousness. Where there are holiness and
righteousness, we can find the satisfaction of heaven.
John
4:14 4:14
"but whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will
never thirst. But the water that I shall give him will become in him
a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life."
-
Holy Spirit
flows the glory of heaven to purify and change us to become as
perfect and glorious as God is. It starts from being honest and
believing God
Revelation
22:1 22:1
And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal,
proceeding from the throne of God and of the Lamb.
As
a result, God will send the blessing to us. The miracles happen.
The thing that does not exist yet can be created; the few things can
be many; and the impossible ones can
become possible. God
will fight instead of us.
He cares our life from now in the
midst of difficulties in the
world until the days when
the Antichrist reigns over the world.
It
continues until Jesus comes a second time. We are changed to become
as perfect as He is. We are worthy to greet His second coming on the
glorious clouds. The door of heaven is opened and we can sit
together with Jesus on the throne of heaven forever.
God
blesses us.
