Peace for you in the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Mark 15:20b-47 refers to 7 things about the misery of Jesus upon the cross as follows:
  1. Mark 15:22-23 (the crucifixion misery about His place/position in the world).
  2. Mark 15:24 (the crucifixion misery about His garments).
  3. Mark 15: 25-32 (the crucifixion misery about His position as a King).
  4. Mark 15:33-34 (the crucifixion misery about His loneliness on the cross).
  5. Mark 15:35-36 (the crucifixion misery about His will).
  6. Mark 15:37-41 (the crucifixion misery about His death).
  7. Mark 15: 42-42 (the crucifixion misery about His funeral).
We are studying to the 7th [Mark 15:42-47] about the Crucifixion misery about His Burial/Funeral.

Mark 15:45-46
15:45 So when he found out from the centurion, he granted the body to Joseph.
15:46
Then he bought fine linen, took Him down, and wrapped Him in the linen. And he laid Him in a tomb which had been hewn out of the rock, and rolled a stone against the door of the tomb.

Jesus has been buried proves that He is really dead.
Joseph of Arimathea buried Jesus means he had the death experience, flesh misery with Jesus.

1 Peter 4:1-2
4:1.
Therefore, since Christ suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves also with the same mind, for he who has suffered in the flesh has ceased from sin,
4:2
that he no longer should live the rest of [his] time in the flesh for the lusts of men, but for the will of God.

Practice of the death experience isstopping sinning/being dead to sins and living in righteousness/ living according to God's will.
Jesus' tomb was the new tomb that had been hewn out of the rock.

Matthew 27:59-60
27:59
When Joseph had taken the body, he wrapped it in a clean linen cloth,
27:60
and laid it in his new tomb which he had hewn out of the rock; and he rolled a large stone against the door of the tomb, and departed.

Why was Jesus' tomb new? Because if Jesus had been buried in old tomb, the condition would have been same as the corpse that revived due to hit on the bones of Elisha.

2 Kings 13:21
13:21
So it was, as they were burying a man, that suddenly they spied a band [of raiders]; and they put the man in the tomb of Elisha; and when the man was let down and touched the bones of Elisha, he revived and stood on his feet.

So, Jesus was buried in new tomb to prove that Jesus was revived by the power of Holy Spirit.
Joseph of Arimathea buried Jesus' body in new tomb means having the death and resurrection experience together with Jesus.

The Power of Resurrection is able to divert our attention from physical matter to spiritual matter, especially to the the building of Christ's perfect body. Prioritize the ministry of the building of Christ's body than all things on earth.

These days, let us become active in the ministry of the building of Christ's body according to movement of the Word. If we do not want to follow God's movement to minister Him, someday there will be no chance to minister God again.

If we want to follow God's movement to minister the building of Christ's body, God will be responsible to open the way for us.

Ephesians 4:11-12
4:11
And He Himself gave some [to be] apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers,
4:12
for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ,

The requirement of ministering the building of Christ's body is the holiness.
Ministering without holiness is not pleasing God, even grieving God's heart and we are used by Satan to build Babylon, to ruin the Christ's body.

If we live in holiness, God will equip us with priest's office and the gifts of Holy Spirit so we are used to minister the building of Christ's perfect body. The gifts of Holy Spirit are the miraculous gifts from God to us so we are able to do the priest's office.

Being able to minister the building of Christ's body is a mercy/grace of God and trust from God to us. If we do not want to do it, it will be shifted to the others and that kind of life will perish like Judas.

Isaiah 22:15-16, 19-21
22:15
Thus says the Lord GOD of hosts: "Go, proceed to this steward, To Shebna, who [is] over the house, [and say]:
22:16'
What have you here, and whom have you here, That you have hewn a sepulcher here, [As] he who hews himself a sepulcher on high, Who carves a tomb for himself in a rock?
22:19
So I will drive you out of your office, And from your position he will pull you down.
22:20
`Then it shall be in that day, That I will call My servant Eliakim the son of Hilkiah;
22:21
I will clothe him with your robe And strengthen him with your belt; I will commit your responsibility into his hand. He shall be a father to the inhabitants of Jerusalem And to the house of Judah.

Shebna took care of the house/palace, but he left it to hews himself a sepulcher.
Ministering the building of Christ's body is same as taking care of the glorious Heaven palace. Being unfaithful and leaving the priest's office is same as hewing a sepulcher.

Therefore we must be faithful and responsiblein the ministry of the building of Christ's body. That is same as the death and revival experience with Jesus.

If we have the death experience (living in righteousness) and revival experience (being faithful and responsible), our life system will be same as the Canaan (Heaven) system, not the Egypt (world) system that is the effort system.

Deuteronomy 11:10-12
11:10
"For the land which you go to possess [is] not like the land of Egypt from which you have come, where you sowed your seed and watered [it] by foot, as a vegetable garden;
11:11
"but the land which you cross over to possess [is] a land of hills and valleys, which drinks water from the rain of heaven,
11:12
"a land for which the LORD your God cares; the eyes of the LORD your God [are] always on it, from the beginning of the year to the very end of the year.

The valley refers to the death experience and the hills refer to the revival experience. The system of Canaan life depends on the merciful rain of God.

The results are:
  • The mercy of God is able to take care of our life for the daily life, for the future life, up to the antichrist era.
  • The mercy of God protects us from all disasters, gives us solution to all problems even the impossible one, lift up our life from all failure and deteriorations for His glory.
  • The mercy of God is able to wash, purify and change our life until perfect and be glorious as God, lift up us as the perfect bride of God on glorious clouds, we are together with God forever.
God blesses us.
