Bible Study Service in Malang, October 18, 2018 (Thursday Evening)
From
Delayed Broadcast of Fellowship Service in Jayapura I
Peace
and grace in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation
22:20 22:20.
He who testifies to these things says, "Surely I am coming
quickly." Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus!
"Surely
I am coming quickly."
= Jesus is ready to come a second time in the glory as the King of
kings and the Heavenly Bridegroom on the glorious clouds.
"Amen.
Even so, come, Lord Jesus!"
= the perfect church of God or the heavenly bride is ready to greet
Jesus when He comes a second time on the glorious clouds. As a
result, Jesus as the Heavenly Bridegroom meets us as His bride to
enter the marriage supper of the Lamb of God, a Thousand Years
Kingdom of Peace [Revelation 20], and the New Jerusalem or kingdom of
Heaven forever [Revelation 21-22].
Revelation
19:9 19:9.
Then he said to me, "Write: 'Blessed are those who are called to
the marriage supper of the Lamb!'"And he said to me, "These
are the true sayings of God."
Revelation
22:20 is between verse 18-19 and 21. Revelation
22:18-19 22:18.
For I testify to everyone who hears the
words of the prophecy of this book:
If anyone adds to these things, God will add to him the plagues that
are written in this book;
22:19.
and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy,
God shall take away his part from the Book of Life, from the holy
city, and from the things which are written in this book.
Revelation
22:21 22:21.
The
grace
of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen."
The
preparation of the church of God to greet Jesus when He comes a
second time is linked with hearing the word of God and having the
grace.
There are two kinds of the preaching of the Word in the
bible that is exemplified by God and taught by Paul the apostle as
follows:
- The
gospel of salvation/the gospel word/the good news/milk.
Ephesians
1:13 1:13.
In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the
gospel of your salvation;
in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit
of promise,
Proverbs
25:25 25:25.
As cold water to a weary soul, So is good
news
from a far country.
The
gospel word is the one that preaches Jesus' first coming in the
world as the only sinless man who must die on the cross to save the
sinners.
The
process of receiving salvation is as follows:
- Believing
Jesus as the only Savior.
- Repenting
or stopping sinning and returning to God. We repent especially from
lie and hatred.
- Water
baptism.
Romans
6:2,4 6:2.
Certainly not! How shall we who died to sin live any longer in
it? 6:4. Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into
death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of
the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of
life.
Colossians
2:12 2:12.
buried with Him in baptism, in which you also were raised with Him
through faith in the working of God, who raised Him from the
dead.
One
who has died to sin or repented must be buried in the water with
Jesus and come out or rise from water with Him to receive new
life.
- Holy
Spirit baptism that makes us live in righteousness.
Matthew
3:16 3:16.
When He had been baptized, Jesus came up immediately from the
water; and behold, the heavens were opened to Him, and He saw the
Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting upon Him.
- The
gospel of the glory of Christ, teaching word, Bride Tidings, or
solid food.
2
Corinthians 4:3-4 4:3.
But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are
perishing, 4:4. whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who
do not believe, lest the light of the
gospel of the glory of Christ,
who is the image of God, should shine on them.
Matthew
25:6 25:6.
"And at midnight a cry was heard: 'Behold, the bridegroom is
coming; go out to meet him!'
The
Bride Tidings is the word that preaches Jesus' second coming in the
glory as the King of kings and heavenly Bridegroom to purify the
saved and blessed people. It is the same as growing our spirituality
to maturity up to being perfect or spotless like Jesus. We are
worthy to greet Jesus on the glorious clouds.
The
meanings of the prophetic word are as follows:
- The
Word whose secret is revealed through one verse that explains the
other verses in the Holy Bible.
- The
word that reveals all upcoming things at the last days, especially
about Jesus' second coming and God's punishment.
- The
word that reveals the hidden sins in the congregation, so we are
purified up to perfection.
The
perfect church of God must receive the good news and Bride Tidings to
be able to greet Jesus when He comes a second time.
Revelation
22:18-19 22:18.
For I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this
book: If anyone adds
to these things, God will add to him the plagues that are written in
this book; 22:19. and if anyone takes
away
from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his
part from the Book of Life, from the holy city, and from the things
which are written in this book.
Our
attitude to the Bride Tidings or prophetic word must be as follows:
- Do
not add and take away the prophetic word. All of us must return to
the bible.
- Hearing
and reading the Bride Tidings until we understand, believe in, and
practice it.
In
the Old Testament, Sarah heard the word that she would be pregnant
and have a child next year. She believed it, so Isaac was born. In
the New Testament, Mary the chaste virgin believed in the word, so
the door of salvation was opened and Jesus was born. Now, if the
church of God obeys the prophetic word, the door of the marriage
supper of the Lamb of God, Paradise, and heaven will be opened.
The
negative attitude is adding and taking away the word or the Bride
Tidings. It
happens from era to era as follows:
- The
era of God the Father,
which is counted from Adam to Abraham (about two thousand years), is
represented by Eve.
Genesis
3:20 3:20.
And Adam called his wife's name Eve, because she was the mother of
all living.
Eve
is the mother of all living. She refers to the shepherd. The
shepherd is a spiritual mother who gives the milk or the gospel
word. The shepherd is also the spiritual father who brings the
sword of the teaching word to reprove and advise us.
1
Thessalonians 2:7,11 2:7.
But we were gentle among you, just as a nursing mother cherishes her
own children. 2:11.
as you know how we exhorted, and comforted, and charged every one of
you, as a father does his own children,
Genesis
3:1-2 3:1.
Now the serpent was more cunning than any beast of the field which
the LORD God had made. And he said to the woman, "Has God
indeed said, 'You shall not eat of every tree of the garden'?" 3:2.
And the woman said to the serpent, "We may eat the fruit of the
trees of the garden;
Genesis
2:16 2:16.
And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, "Of every tree of
the garden you
may freely eat;
Eve
takes away the word 'freely'. It means that her ear is not good, but
deaf spiritually. Taking away the word 'freely' means that the
shepherd preaches the word without the anointing of Holy Spirit, so
he is bound by time, its content, et
cetera.
Consequently, the congregation keeps on being bound to sins and is
never set free from sin.
Genesis
3:3 3:3.
"but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the
garden, God has said, 'You shall not eat it, nor
shall you touch it,
lest you die.' "
Genesis
2:17 2:17.
"but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall
not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely
die."
Adding
the word 'touch' means that the preaching of the word is added with
joke, knowledge, et
cetera,
so it has no spiritual value or the power of God. The shepherd just
touches the emotion of the congregation, so their hearts are never
touched by God. Consequently, they never experience
satisfaction.
Adding the word 'touch' is the same as being
dumb. It means that the word has no spiritual meaning.
Adding
and taking away the word is the same as being spiritually deaf and
dumb. It attacks the church of God at the last days. The
consequence is becoming naked and ashamed, especially in the
marriage and children.
- The
era of the Son of God,
which is counted from Abraham to the first Jesus' coming (about two
thousand years), is represented by a young man.
Mark
9:25,21 9:25.
When Jesus saw that the people came running together, He rebuked the
unclean spirit, saying to it, "Deaf and dumb spirit, I command
you, come out of him and enter him no more!" 9:21.
So He asked his father, "How long has this been happening to
him?" And he said, "From childhood.
Adding
and taking away the word causes spiritual epilepsy. It means as
follows:
- Falling
into sins up to the peak, namely the sins of eating-drinking and
marrying-giving in marriage (sexual deviation, mixed-marriage, and
marrying after divorce).
- The
impossibility.
- The
era of God the Holy Spirit,
which is counted from the first Jesus' coming up to the second
Jesus' coming (about two thousand years), is represented by the
church of God.
2
Corinthians 11:2-4 11:2.
For I am jealous for you with godly jealousy. For I have betrothed
you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to
Christ. 11:3.
But I fear, lest somehow, as the serpent deceived Eve by his
craftiness, so your minds may be corrupted from the simplicity that
is in Christ. 11:4.
For if he who comes preaches another Jesus whom we have not
preached, or if you receive a different spirit which you have not
received, or a different gospel which you have not accepted--you
may well
put up
with it!
The
engagement is one last step to the marriage supper of the Lamb. We
must be watchful, so we are not deceived from the simplicity that is
in God.
The
word 'well put up' means as follows:
- One
does not have the ability to refuse the false teaching, so he
becomes the same as the false prophet.
- Accepting
a different spirit, so one becomes the same as the antichrist.
- Accepting
another Jesus or Jesus without the cross, so one becomes the same
as Satan.
It
means that the church of God appears like the trinity of Satan who
will be destroyed forever.
Revelation
20:10 20:10.
The devil, who deceived them, was cast into the lake of fire and
brimstone where the beast and the false prophet are. And they will
be tormented day and night forever and ever.
Jesus
does not will that the men who are created as glorious as the
Trinity of God become the same as the trinity of Satan.
How
does God help?
- 'Bring
him to Me'.
Mark
9:19 9:19.
He answered him and said, "O faithless generation, how long
shall I be with you? How long shall I bear with you? Bring
him to Me."
In
the Tabernacle, it refers to the Golden Candlestick or perseverance
in doing the General Service. We have fellowship with Holy Spirit
God in His anointing and gifts.
- Rebuking.
Mark
9:25 9:25.
When Jesus saw that the people came running together, He rebuked
the unclean spirit, saying to it, "Deaf and dumb spirit, I
command you, come out of him and enter him no more!"
In
the Tabernacle, it refers to Table of Showbread or perseverance in
doing the Bible Study Service with Holy Communion. We have
fellowship with the Son of God in the teaching Word and the
sacrifice of Christ.
- Crying
out.
Mark
9:24 9:24.
Immediately the father of the child cried
out and
said with tears, "Lord, I believe; help my unbelief!"
In
the Tabernacle, it refers to Golden Altar of Incense or
perseverance in doing the Prayer Service. We have fellowship with
Father God in His love.
In
the sheepfold, our body, soul, and spirit attach to the Trinity of
God, so the trinity of Satan cannot touch us. That is why we must be
shepherded.
John
10:11 10:11.
"I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd gives His life for
the sheep.
In
the sheepfold, the Good Shepherd gives His life for all of us. Jesus
gives His life on the cross to destroy the trinity of Satan.
Isaiah
52:13-14 52:13.
Behold, My Servant shall deal prudently; He shall be exalted and
extolled and be very high. 52:14.
Just as many were astonished at you, So His visage was marred more
than any man, And His form more than the sons of men;
Jesus
is willingly marred on the cross to make our life good.
Mark
7:37 7:37.
And they were astonished beyond measure, saying, "He has done
all things well. He makes both the deaf to hear and the mute to
speak."
If
our ear and mouth are good or not deaf and dumb or we do not add and
take away the word, God will make all things good.
Matthew
17:21 17:21.
"However, this kind does not go out except by prayer and
fasting."
God
helps us not only through the shepherding but also fasting
prayer. Fasting prayer is the tearing of flesh, so we experience
the renewal of life from fleshly men to spiritual ones like
Jesus.
Mark
9:23-24 9:23.
Jesus said to him, "If you can believe, all things are possible
to him who believes." 9:24. Immediately the father of the
child cried out and said with tears, "Lord, I believe; help my
unbelief!"
The
renewal of life starts from being honest. Say yes if yes and no if
no, whatever risk may come. When we become honest and obedient,
the miracle will happen.
God
blesses us.
